@@Mike-nj9ec For me I did this consistently, meaning everyday, everytime I sat down and it took almost three months when I realized that my heel did not hurt anymore. It worked. I used a sling, like a yoga strap or a elastic; and when I didn't have that I just did the exercise with foot extended.

I hear you, I"m really the same way. However when the pain was too much + I had family coming where I knew I would be walking a lot beforehand I went to a orthopedic doctor + he gave me a 5 day prescription of prednisone. Although long term it does have side effects but if you need some fast relief just 5 days should give it to you without any ill effects. It kicked in on me the second day + boy was I glad to be able to walk again without using a cane!

Thanks so much Doctor. I have been suffering from entrapped nerve on the inside of the ankle and been through 3 podiatrists who didn’t know what I have and kept advising me to buy expensive shoes! The pain was so intense that I had to quit walking long distances and started gaining weight, so this issue was ruining my life. I started stretching my foot the way you described and the relief was instant. I wish I saw this video a few years ago.

I love you Dr Silvester! This reinforces why the random massage action I did yesterday helped so much (before seeing this video!). I'm six months into recovery after left knee TPF surgery. At my wit's end, my foot has been a huge hindrance to recovery. After 12 weeks NWB and re-learning to walk, the foot pain caused me to limp, holding my foot in the wrong position creates valgus. PT was no help with this issue, so have been searching for answers to isolate the problem and fix it. Just yesterday.... I was massaging my injured leg, and randomly started alternating strokes with opposite hands pushing the foot right in a downstroke, and then left , and small popping sounds, then oh my lord my foot felt almost normal with almost no pain on my walk. So this is what you're doing here! The foot issues are the biggest complaint in our TPF support group. Why oh why doesn't the OS and PT talk about what is causing the pain... it's so beyond just "sore muscles not used to walking". Now I know the problem. Did I say thank you? THANK YOU!!!

A couple of years ago I had two partial knee replacements. For the last year and a half it feels like rubber bands tightening around my knees very uncomfortable. I do exercises and I know I had a lot of arthritis and scar tissue in there but they said that was pretty much scraped out. I do have numbness on the sides of my knees and tingling down to my feet at times. I have no pain. I know I have partial peripheral neuropathy. I take Alpha Lipoic acid, Benafedimine, berberine, turmeric, omega-3 with vitamin D. I have been taking these vitamins for the last four months and have seen no difference. Now lately I’ve been feeling strange little pin prick‘s from my knees down . Could that strange feeling be the nerves rejuvenating? Thank you

    1. Is it possible for permanent nerve, tendon, or ligament damage to occur from a PRP injection in or around the tarsal tunnel?
    2. Can BPC-157, TB-500, or HGH injections heal serious nerve damage?
    3. What else can be done besides surgery, traditional PT, and RICE recommendations? I’m trying everything to get this back in shape because it could honestly be a life altering injury, given my career and dreams.

Could a broken toe cause tingling in the ball of my foot? I broke my pinky toe almost 3 months ago, but the bone has delayed healing and still has not fully rejoined. The broken toe continues to ache at night, but recently tingling started on the whole bottom part of my upper foot.
Is this a serious problem or could it just be because I've been walking on the side of my foot these past months to avoid pressing on the hurt part of my foot? I'm scared to do any foot stretching because I'm trying to keep the broken toe immobilized for the bone to heal.

I actually discovered thisneuropathy treatment method t.co/gbnp0hUiib , I thought, nothing to lose. I will give it a try. After a couple of days of following the full program, I found some changes. Of all the treatment plans I have got, this is probably the one which has managed to strengthen my condition.?

Man I went out on a 22 mile trail run and started chaffing at mile 11. I ran back like that but my running form was different because I was trying to avoid rubbing the area further. It burned alot. Then around mile 19 I felt a sharp pain by my heel extending to the sides of my ankle as I was running up hill. I had to stop running for a bit because the pain was pretty bad. Then it kind of went away but lingered . I had to race the following week and I lined up like that. I placed 9th in the 50k and dealt with the discomfort from the beginning to the end. 2 weeks later now I have weird pain around my ankle on all sides ,heel, front talus, side and under my foot archs . I got an xray but nothing came up so I'm requesting an MRI when I go in for my physical therapy

    • @bikerdude6119

@isa143 it's way better,I had to stop running for 2 weeks and bought new running shoes because the ones I had were worn. Also went to physical therapy and the had me do stretches like calve raises and heel raises to strengthen my arches and loosen my calves. Get a massage so they can target those muscles If you are sure nothing is torn. Do you have an evaluation of what you have?

    Hi Dr,
I have this feeling in my right leg that feels like I need to constantly stretch my leg. It does not feel bad it is just annoying. I also have electric shock in my big toe, pressure on my arch, and coldness on my ankles sometimes and very rarely I’ll feel a shooting sensation in my tail Bone if I sit weird. My other leg is fine. I’m really scared and because of Covid I can’t see a neurologist. Do you think this could be peripheral neuropathy or Sciatica? Thank you so much

I accept what a couple of others have written - definately not straight forward than it sounds to find a natural remedy for neuropathy.
Be cautious and get help from other people. I looked many websites and discovered some expert advice by searching google on sites such as Gabs Neuro Guide. Good luck and hope you succeed!

I think I just developed it. I got a sharp pain this evening and it wasn’t there before. I also lost 10 pounds this week so I don’t know if that’s affecting it or not. I have hashimoto disease so that could be a factor
