    This is really helpful…I have practiced squats in yoga but always focused on using my feet to push up…using the glutes is a game changer! Thanks much!🙂

    can weight lifting cause a relapse ? I did it on leg day and the day after my left leg felt num and it’s been four days now ! I’m going to see my neurologist to see why

      hold on--my balance sucks but if I have hands on something I'm ok.🙂
