Yes, these drills have helped me a lot 😃
I can stand but I can't take steps without losing balance
These will help!
Where does he get these? 🤔
I’ve learned from top experts in neuroscience, my studies of movement neurology, and 20+ years in practice.
When I do that and turn my head to the right, I feel like vomiting… should I be worried??😳
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I need and I want to do this exercise but I'm too tired so I think I'll go back to sleep
Amen girlfriend. (two snaps and a pop)!!!!
Start slow and do them right before you go to sleep 👍
Quick question. Have you any videos/exercises for Hypertonia my quads are so stiff and I can’t release them? Thanks
Our Reducing Spasticity program directly targets extensor spasticity.
❤️❤️❤️❤️😘
Thank you is this for balance in walking if you have neuropathy and sciatica?
This drill can reduce back pain but improving balance and taking pressure off your spine and feet. However, you would need additional targeted drills for those symptoms.
I have INO (Internuclear ophthalmoparesis ). Will this exercise benefit me ?
I do t have a tone of experience with INO, but MANY of our Gymmers have had a variety of eye conditions improve using drills like these. Good luck, praying it helps you.
Peace Trevor and ty! So how I recently "found" you all on Facebook page.
Let me ask you, I recently started doing just I exercises not even considering Ms but just because the person that I saw display them to me said this will strengthen your vision. So in doing those exercises I look ten times to the left 10 times to the right 10 times up down and catty corner as well as counter-clockwise 10 circles and in 10 times counterclockwise circles.
I'm asking you would that exercise be similar in terms of assisting with balance? Because of the fact that it's so similar to what ur doing with us right now?
Glad you are here!
Yes, the drills you are doing are similar and will be effective. Practice these daily for best results ❤️
@@TheMSGym tytyty! I actually signed up for several months but unfortunately my money ran out but as soon as I can get it back together I will re-register. In this circle I feel like you're the best. And you know it's getting saturated now as the numbers are going up
