SCP 294 appears to be a standard coffee vending machine, the only noticeable difference being an entry touchpad with buttons corresponding to an English QWERTY keyboard.
Ninety-seven initial test runs were performed with SCP294 (including requests for water, coffee, beer, and soda, non-consumable liquids such as sulfuric acid, wiper fluid, and motor oil, as well as substances that do not usually exist in liquid state, such as nitrogen, iron and glass) and each one returned a success.

One man typed in "The Perfect Drink." He was given an odorless lavender liquid that, upon drinking, gave him a euphoric overload. He later committed suicide, leaving a note that read "I'm sorry, but at this point, everything is just one big let-down."

It's fine we got what we loved :)
That twist in the end about what drink was selected was ingenious! It was very unexpected, but it was the perfect solution when being confronted and cornered by the SCP Foundation.
Only problem is, they went from unintentional thieves, that the SCP Foundation probably would have just memory wiped; to a pair of people who have intimate knowledge of the Foundations inner working.
Amnestic's aren't perfect, they'd now likely have too much information to be left alive

I never thought about how powerful the coffee machine is. A device that can generate any liquid would be very dangerous in the wrong hands. Safe class SCPs are no joke.

And the cheesy metal track when the law is laid out... It just fits man.
I love how these two both survive and profit from this scp, very entertaining.

Or did they? They just dived down a mail chute into a pool of liquid gold at god knows what temperature since it left the magic cups.

The debrief science segments were the best parts. Sad to see them gone. The ending feels very abrupt.
exactly i feel like we’re getting half the content from what we used too, like the more intricate story is cool but i’m here to learn about the scps i don’t really care for these characters
@@lucysteelball851Dont really know why he’s really doing it, but my best guess would just be that most of these SCP’s were already covered else where or the SCP is popular enough to where even non-SCP fans has probably heard of it once. So I guess that’s why he’s mainly just putting in the longer story’s just to “see it in action and how it affects the user” or something- personally I kinda like it but I do also miss the explaining parts-

Plus, those two literally know everything about the SCP Foundation because of that drink! That most likely includes even their most biggest and well-kept secrets too!
I'm sure that they'll be recruited into the foundation in no-time considering they'll know who works for the foundation.
Otherwise they'll be *extremely* valuable assets to the C.I or other groups of interest
Cup of knowledge dissipates after some time (probably when excreted). One time 294 was present during a containment breach and a researcher typed "CUP OF MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE" to quickly become a doctor and save some of his colleagues. By the time it was over he couldnt remember a thing and it wouldnt work when tried again
Come to think of it, 294 could be used to train new recruits quickly if they were made to “drink” knowledge.
Hmm… you’d have to have the one who drank “knowledge” be recorded I guess to be able to have the training stick to them.

@@ThrillSeeker3524think you should do the weindigo, the plague doctor is kinda overused, and 035 is great, but a weindigo? Even people who somehow don’t know what scps are can recognize it. It’ll be fun for scp lovers, mythology geeks, people who jut like the cool looking stuff, and you!

I like to think that these two now know every thing about the Scp foundation,every single detail and are now on the run from it, I could see a series of these two taking advantage of the Scp foundation
Would be cool but unfortunately knowledge dissipates in 24 hours and once you experience a cup of something like understanding or a feeling or sensation it can't be replicated again. It's why one person who wanted the perfect drink committed suicide because nothing compared and they couldn't make the machine mimic the experience.
@@gmork1090 If that's the case, then they'd probably know that knowledge dissipates in 24 hours too. Assuming this, it would stand to reason that they'd prepare themselves to leave out some bit of information for their eventual amnesia before that happens. Like a note or something.
@@mekingtiger9095 this is before the test where it was found out it dissipated in 24h the foundation dint even have the machine yet so the knowledge about the foundation wouldnt have let them know about the 24 hour dissipation
I love how he takes the gold ingot to some jewelers as if they wouldn't report you to some government/law enforcement agency for having such a thing.
I like how this one provides hints about the actual anomaly indirectly.
That said, I hope you have direct ones again so.

The funny thing is, this SCP is relatively harmless. It's also called "A Cup of Joe" in honor of the poor agent who quite literally had his matter drained by the coffee machine spatially.

The most unbelievable part of this is her remembering a summer breeze in Arizona, lived here most of my lifeb and if you felt a breeze during summer here, it's a hot lip drying breeze guaranteed

How smart dr.bob you already explained all the details for that SCP while telling the story so you didn't need to explain it by yourself after the story finished as you usually do and this time the normal people that inside the story won at the end by taking the advantages for that SCP to themselves and outsmarted the SCP agents at the same time !!
This was by far my favorite story. I am so glad we are getting new SCPs.

When I clicked on this video I thought for sure that it had been posted over a year ago, but to my utter delight I find that it's a NEW video featuring a NEW (to this channel) SCP and not something about The Plague Doctor or SCP 682! THANK YOU DR BOB!!! (One note tho - it would be nice to have the "explanation segment" that usually comes at the end of your videos, but I'm just being nit-picky at this point. Thank you for all your efforts, and for proving that you really do listen to us!)
It’s good to see these types of episodes. Not that I don’t enjoy the others yet it’s refreshing to see some older content from dr. Bob
I completed SCP Containment Breach, it’s my all time favorite Sci-Fi/Horror based video game. And you Dr. Bob, are my all time favorite UA-camr! I remember spending hours playing with the coffee machine in-game… typing in the most exotic drinks I could think of; and it was so much fun.

Yeah. They might not realize it right away, but fooling the SCP Foundation is no small feat! Even if no one outside the SCP Foundation knows that, the fact that they did so and pulled off a successful heist with that SCP, got away and weren't caught will make them legends!
