2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup dried coconut flakes
3/4 cup Unsweetened dark chocolate
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup dried raisins and cranberries
1 tablespoons chia seeds and flaxseeds
2 cups mixed nuts of hazelnuts, cashews, pecans, almonds
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients alternative
Honey/maple syrup can be used in place of date paste or syrup
Coconut oil or avocado oil can be used in place of extra virgin olive oil
Use any nuts you have in hands
