I had so much fun writing this cue and playing with ProjectSAM's Swing VST! Links to the full cue and the VST in the description :) Leave any questions for me in the comments!
ProjectSAM VSTs are dope, I have the Project Sam Orchestral Essential 1+2 and I'm really glad I got them. I may get the swing someday after seeing this.
Great work. Do you think this VST would work beyond the genre, particularly for 60s and 70s soundtrack type stuff? Like the stuff you’d hear in old cop shows and film scores or even surfy or spaghetti western type stuff. I’m looking for a good library that can cover retro sounding stuff from the 50s-70s and I’m struggling with all that’s out there. I was hoping that maybe the Swing and Swing More bundle could cover it all.
Definitely. Check Cory Pelizzari channel here on youtube, there are two videos, each one named Getting to the Bottom of "Swing!" and Getting to the Bottom of "Swing More!" - He revies both libraries and he made musical examples in these styles that you metioned. I have Swing More and it definitely fills the void in these genres
@@murahachibu Sweet! I bought Swing More! and Orchestral Essentials 1 during summer sale. Saving money and hoping for blackfriday sales so I can get swing!

I'll definitely have to check out the Orchestral Essentials! ProjectSAM makes some incredible stuff for sure :)
