- Today on Animator Talk, we discuss Making Batman - How it Changed Animation. Tim Burton Changed the way supoerhero films would be received when he released Batman in 1989. Bruce Timm and his crew would do the very same for television animation when they produced Batman the Animated series.
We will delve into the history of the creative process in making this animated piece, and some of the troubles on the way. To me, Animation isn't a kid's medium, though we commonly use it for children's programming. The stigma has been lessened over the years, but we still have a way to go. So, come join me in appreciating animation for the wonder that it is.

Thank you so much for watching!
I really like most of the Batman animated series but Bruce Timm's one is my favorite. Thank you for talking about this series! Keep it up!
Amazing!
Amazing video! Really love how you tell how it was and really go in depth of it. Can’t wait for the next episode of Animator’s Talk!
Thank you so much. These take a little time to put together, but it isn’t work if you love doing it. Thank you for the support
I noticed the robin drawing you drew today in the background
Synergy😎
Because of the Batman films and the animated series, I be came a fan
I watched all of the episodes and they were amazing 😁. I especially love heart of ice.
Oh, I’m so glad you’ve finally seen them. An amazing series
Will you also be covering the new Batman adventures? And the movies?
As long as I get the subs and views, I plan on covering the other series, and even diving deep with big episodes like “Heart of Ice” and “Two Face”. But they’re a lot of work to put them together. I need to figure out how to spread the word to keep it going
Doing Phantasm and Return of Joker would be fun.
We're getting a new Batman animated series in 2022. From the looks of it it's gonna be similar to the animated series. It's gonna be based off of the golden age comics
You mean Caped Crusader? I’m so excited for this announcement. It’s awesome Bruce will be back making episodic Batman again
@@AnimatorTalk When I saw that, I was so exited. And soon, there will be Batman 89' and Superman 78' comics! I learned about them almost immediatly after learning about the new Bruce Timm's series and I almost exploded! Will you read these comics?
This channel is so underadet
Thank you, my friend. I'm working on them again.
Batman is a way better detective than Sherlock Holmes.
Have any tips when you lose motivation?
Losing motivation? I push through that. Maybe switch to a different project for a bit. But I dont ever let a lack of motivation stop me from working
