    Can you confirm if both dongles are provided in the box? "It comes with a USB A dongle as standard, or a USB C one if preferred" Does that mean you need to buy one of them separately? On the website it isn't clear that both are included. Some reviews say its an adapter instead.

      we will be happy to clarify your doubts. Beocom Portal include a USB A dongle which is part of the box content upon purchase. The USB-C dongle can be purchased separately through one of our local Bang & Olufsen retailers.

    hello ! When i connect to the bluetooth i have 2 options : Beoplay portals hands free AG audio, and beoplay stereo, when i enter on a call with someone i need to slect the AG audio bc stereo dosen t work, How i can stay on stereo?

    Hi, I just bought the B&O Becom UC and I can't see the Dongle in the App neither all the related settings just BlueTooth only please advise

    hello
    i just bought the beoplay for xbox
    trying to register my headset via app but its failed every time and its said confirme ownership failed any idea why this is happing

    Can this case be purchased separately for owners of the Beoplay Portals? I have just taken delivery of the Blue/Gold PS/PC Edition and I want to protect them on the move! The cloth that comes with it isn’t really sufficient for transporting when travelling! Assuming the Beocom Portals are the same sizing as the Beoplay

    Hi,
    Is there any significant difference between the beocom portal and the Beoplay Portal PS/PC edition?

      The guy said the dongle is also bluetooth, which means it lacks 2.4ghz wireless functionality. So if you are going to game the PS version is going to be much better. So will the Xbox version (which works with 2.4ghz xbox dongles for PC).
      They also sell "teams certified" and "zoom" variants of the beocom version - which more or less means you have a dedicated teams button, which is less of a big deal IMHO.

    How do you fix the Bluetooth connectivity problem on Beoplay portal from 2021 when it constantly tries to connect to Bluetooth, and will keep connecting and reconnecting for no reason.

    It showed an xbox on the update page you shown, so does that mean it works wirless with the xbox or nah?

      Thank you for your interest in our in-ear headphone line. Sound wise both models are the same. The main add-on the Beocom EX brings to the table is an additional dongle, which gives it support for most communication platforms, allowing for a seamless call & sound experience.

      @@bangolufsen I actually want to buy and I surely will buy one of these. But still, just the dongle device add on? Is there anything that makes it better than Beoplay Ex? Also, will also the ANC be the same in both Beocom ex and Beoplay ex , or the former is a little superior in any way?

    Avoid them. When you buy their product be sure that you gonna have complaints problems.

    I have bought this for 550€ and it is incredibly horrible as I can not have a call with correct conversation. Absolutely no one can ear me decently ! it is unbelievable I have asked for a reimbursement.
    I would not advice this device.

    AVOID this company! I spent $400 on the Beoplay EX, & the foam eartips have FALLEN APART shortly after. B&O is REFUSING to fix it, instead insisting I BUY a replacement set for $25 +tax +shipping. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service & they REFUSE to stand behind their products!
