The pupunana surgery is no joke either. All those regions have so many nerve endings making it complicated so people usually opt for other “tightening” treatments that work the same way strong topical facial treatments do. The surgery is known for bad outcomes like nerve damage and pain during intercourse because of the scar tissue. Ofc this is a risk with all surgeries, but it’s increased bc of the nature of that organ. And it’s a muscle, there are effective pelvic floor exercises to “tighten” it. This wasn’t the only way. So sad that she felt she had to go this route, she really was gorgeous before (and after!). But when it causes bad effects like this, it doesn’t seem worth it.

If a person has actual non-consensual sex with someone, they have committed a crime. As a husband who has a wife who has gotten 2 plastic surgeries already, it's not Gino. Gino doesn't want her to have these surgeries, and not just because he is paying for them. The pupunana surgery is no joke either. All those regions have so many nerve endings making it complicated so people usually opt for other “tightening” treatments that work the same way strong topical facial treatments do. The surgery is known for bad outcomes like nerve damage and pain during intercourse because of the scar tissue. Ofc this is a risk with all surgeries, but it’s increased bc of the nature of that organ. And it’s a muscle, there are effective pelvic floor exercises to “tighten” it. This wasn’t the only way.
So sad that she felt she had to go this route, she really was gorgeous before (and after!). But when it causes bad effects like this, it doesn’t seem worth it.

The show can't pay Jasmine (or their foreign cast) because she doesn't have a work visa yet. Which is kinda sad especially how much the foreign cast is exploited.
Jasmine said in an interview that she wants to reach perfection because she is that way, but she knows that she cannot and that she has dysmorphia and that it is difficult to accept herself and that she has insecurities. I do not think that Gino has anything to do with it.
I think that he would be happier if she did not undergo these cosmetic procedures. In one of the confessions, he said that they are arguing about unnecessary cosmetic procedures and even the operation to remove her eyelids, she said in her account that he was not supportive of that.
How does someone remove their eyelids? Sounds awful!

I agree however Gino doesn’t help with her self esteem at all… if she has body dysmorphia being with someone who can barely get it up to do it, or make negative comments about her body isn’t going to help
