Hi! Very sorry for the bad audio quality, 😣next week it will be much better. Thank you for your patience 🙏
I was so impressed with what you were doing that I didn’t notice any audio issues. ❤
The audio problems are a very minor! Videos are great!
Great video, but sometimes the music is loud.
No worries, try some New Music in your video not always the same song... It's a New Day..
Woke at 4am, was thinking of your little river, had to go through your videos. Yay 🎉
Great job. So nice to see there are people❤ that help you
Each Sunday I look forward to your progress and your positive and cheerful nature! Cudos to you!
Muito obrigada! 🤗
It's way too late now, but when ever you lay pipe or cable in the ground, you need to put a a brightly coloured tape on the first layer of fill. Then, in future, if you are digging you will find the tape before you cut through the pipe or cable. I love to see how your planning is coming together. You are doing amazing things.
Youre such an inspiration maya
Better ending. I like the thank you at the end it let me know the video was ending instead of just cutting off.
Your hard work is paying off impressively Maya - I like your great work ethic and positive attitude.
Thank you very much, I appreciate it! 🤗
How wonderful that you have some people to help you. You have come so far with your property, I still remember your first videos.
Wow lots of work this week-I'm so glad you got some help. All this hard work will make everything beautiful-just like your smile. You have such an amazing attitude Maya. Have a wonderful week
Hi Maya 🎉 love the drawing now I know where everything is situated. Great job so far on the water system. ❤️🇬🇧Tony xxx
Maya I really appreciated your hand drawn site drawing. I’ve been watching your videos for a while but really didn’t understand the lay of the land or where different buildings and features were in relationship with each other. The fact that you made the old olive tree as large if your drawing as the little stone was so endearing to me for some reason. I’m also happy that you got so much done with the help of your workers and friends. Your videos have so much content, so much going on that they’re sometimes like a whirlwind. Maya, you are a force of nature! 💨❤️🌼
I could only hear the music and a little of the talking. Still watched though with captions on. Well done on all the work, l love your map also 👍 🇦🇺
This is so Nice and cosey 🌞🌻
That salad looked yummy.😋
What a lot of hard work for you laying the ground for the water pipes, will be so worth it when it's done.
Great work Maya. It'll be lovely to have water up by your house without that trip down to the river.
such great ideas Maya - really cool
Tossing the salad without spilling was an equally impressive feat!
Maya you and Noraly from the channel Itchy Boots are just power women! Just great to follow your lifes. Thank you and keep on rocking! 😀Cheers from Denmark.
Very funny Paul summary. Funniest face! Great progress. Congratulations.
Thanks you so much! 😄
Do an exact drawing about your water pipe line to know where it is in the future.
Amazing Mia you are one energetic young lady your progress has been stunning,no way I could keep with you, I’m 86 so just no way.much love from Australia.
That is a lot of hot hard work! Happy you have those great guys to help!
I love your enthusiasm and getting your hands dirty and always laughing and smiling. I am 61 yrs old female and enjoys doing DIY projects, wish could do more but the age is catching up to me.
Neighbor helping neighbor…..and friend too……what a blessing. I am sure you will repay them in spades 😉❤️👍🏻
Such a beautiful area to live off grid
Are you putting in a big water storage tank at the top of the land to pump in to and store? That way you can use gravity feed for normal daily use and the pump only needs to top up the tank.
As they say, many hands make light work. Great progress. 😊
Congratulations Maya lots of progress. So nice Christopher come from Austria to help you . I love watching your videos you are such a positive person , and your place his beautiful. See you Sunday.
Fantastic work ... The land is so dry, The water will bring it to life.
How cool you have had many good helps and being able to accomplish a lot of the heavy work done, and a lot more ahead ....it will all be much easier for you to move on with the important following goals...all,place looking so much better and possible for all your wishes 🎉💫
I’m so happy for you Maya I admire you so much your place is beautiful I can way for new videos I enjoins theme so much God bless beautiful lady 🥰👵🏻
How lucky you got a landscape architect to help u , and all the way from Austria too👍👍👍
Darling you I’m so enjoying you channel and look forward every single time.. you are so hard working.. you are doing such a great job 👏
I was hoping to see a stick figure in your illustration of you with your smiley happy face plus a couple of otters playing in the river!
Hey Maya, you are getting so much done this summer. There's quite a transformation going on the land now! It will be so nice for you to get the water up and running to the house, and the terraces. You have worked so hard, and it's good to see how much of a difference you've made. 👏☺️💗
All this hard work in such hot weather! It's so nice to see you have some helping hands joining you, Maya. I hope you'll get a lot done and enjoy the company.
Hiya , it's all taking shape now Maya . Glad you have a little help too .❤
Great video and hard work! Well done... I suggest you install a tank at the highest point of the property so you can gravity feed your water. Then you only use the pump when need to fill your tank.
Now Maya your progress is so important, giving you the best future having the necessary facilities for your house to be soon ready. So pleased for you. Keep your lovely smile❤❤
Hi Maya....You are happy ...I am happy to see your wonderful progress. Such a joy for Sunday. Blessings Hilary xx
I love your videos. You are such a hard worker. I wish you all the best ❤
If allowed by the local code I would also put power cables into ALL of the trenches. You never know when you will need power in various places if your property in the future. The investment is worth it and it will never be as easy to install as now as the trenches are aleeady dug. 🙋♂️
awesome work with the volunteer 🙂
I have been following your videos for a few days now and I have to say that you have done a fantastic job.
The property has immense potential and I am sure you will make something wonderful out of it. Step by step is the way...
I hope to start a similar project, much smaller, where I will build a house from scratch, within some time. I already know it will take time and will require my best patience.
All the best to you.
Beautiful place, something we all need.
Brawo Maja
The salad looks amazing
I love the woods and the river. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. I think I would love to own a piece of paradise such as yours. You should have used the excavator technician to help level out a few of the terraces for you. This way once your pipe trenches are done you’ll have plenty of flat land to start you gardens. Looks like since you have a full river in the middle of summer, you won’t need those water storage containers I see many others need. 😊yay!
Brilliant team work, brilliant progress!
Lots of hard work! Great job! I always look forward to seeing your videos!
uuuuuhhhh the map is such a great idea! thanks.
Watching you makes me tired = must have a lie down, you’re certainly on a mission, so much passion with your journey on life’s path.
Thank you for sharing your story! That is a nice picture of your land.
Love your constant energy and will to get into the next thing!
Amazing work Maya, great to have help. Love how you designed how you will have system in place. 💚
Love the map and running water will be great! 💚
Love the map ! ^^
Great job Mya! What great progress!
Amazing progress Maya! So exciting 🎉
Look for “Ana’s bush craft”.
She has a solution for a very simple water power system.
If you can create a “drop” of just a meter or preferably more, I believe you can have enough power.
You don’t really need a big dam. You just need the difference in height.
The actual penstock ( pipe ) you can lay under the stream/creak, with the help of a good excavator and driver.
You just “borrowing” the water, and the difference in elevation.
Maya, I'm always waiting for your video more than my favorite TV shows.
Great work, everyone! Glad you have help out there!
Great work and progress Maya 😅
You're making great advances on your property - a beautiful place! xx
What a support system. Did you hook up with all these people on line? A whole different time for this old artist? I guess the only way you could do this is have these people available. I tried to do everything myself and know wonder it’s OVERWHELMING. Wonderful to see your progress.
Great work all well done 😅
Great progress, looking great. Game changer, for sure.
Great work! Wow! Inspiring!
Wow!!!!!! So impressive 😀
Hello MAYA. So glad found your channel. You are a true inspiration. I enjoy watching all your videos. It’s wonderful knowing there are still people who live a lifestyle you have chosen. Stay well Maya

Good job!
Yay water!!!! So much progress and hardwork😅
You are such an inspiration to me! I’d love to do this some day
looking stunning making good progress.happy girl 💯👌
It looked like a beautiful brown stream!! Great work!
Good work on the jobs needed to be done thing's like plumbing are different from places like in Germany just like in New York because of the winter weather like frozen soil makes pipe lines burst and definitely need to be lowered into the soil ect.ect. but fortunately in Portugal that hardly a problem keep up with making yourself a paradise
Love this, such hard work in the heat. You’re all doing amazing :)
At 17:13 I’m loving your tape measure.. Dwl!! 😂😂.. I do this too in my little backyard garden
Always looking forward every week to see a video posted by you! Keep up the great work so much progress yayyyyy😝🫶🏼💞🐝
When unrolling pipes put a stick through it secure the beginning and walk towards goal (1 pers. at each end of the stick) unrolls very easily. I saw this on WU-Vlog🌺💪🌺
what a great video and really nice progress!! Its nice to see all the friends you find :)
How exciting!!! I love seeing how much progress you’re making!! It’s so beautiful! 🎉❤
Thanks for your vid 😇💟💟💟 Love and bless you Maya, good work well done 👍😁💪👌👏👏👏.
@mayafeliz if you use a Hydraulic Ram Pump you can get your water without using any electricity. There are free plans online and numerous UA-cam videos.
Wow! Job well done. Happy to see you got help❤ Your location is gorgeous! 👍 Maya, how did you find your property??
Very amazed by what you’re doing ! I love following your adventures 😊 success in your next projects !!
Thank you very much Jeanne 🙏
Hi Maya, I Love your Videos! I'm curious about your start as a youtuber. could you do a "This is me and where I come from video?"
also 2 things.
1) your main video camera seems to only record in left stereo so when I listen in headphones its only in the left.
2) the "It's a new day for a high" song is good, but gets stuck in my head now that its been used in so many videos! can you incorporate more variety of music?
thanks for the great inspiring content!
Love the little map you made! Are you able to share how much you paid for the land & which websites you used to find the land? 😊
Pięknie Maja
Hi Maya, beautiful place! But are you sure it is a good idea to put your water pump by the outhouse, to pump it to the little cabin for use there? Is there a possibility of contamination?
I enjoy following your progress. Amazing what you can do! I'm thinking about your buried lines and how to keep them safe, once buried, from accidentally digging into them in the future. How will you locate them if need be? Are the materials in the trenches responsive to metal detectors? Maybe this is not a concern you have, or you've already considered this.
I was wondering the same. I know a couple techniques personally. But curious if she takes the low-tech route. Map😊
Surely Chris, the landscape architect student, knows what she needs to do to make it easy to locate conduit. If not a detector, then at least make a stone walkway above the paths! Haha.
Maya, you never fail to impress me each week. Each week I can’t wait until the next week’s video post. So glad you have people/friends helping you. I’m so excited for you, Warmest regards (literally - I’m in Texas!). Deb
