Lovely podcast with an overload of information 😁 The last question reminded me of the lockdown of 2020 - Stuck in a different country than home base and I had a ball of a time. No alcohol -- Cooking sessions, coffee brewing, Social work and didn't stay in for one single day. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter 😂
Mr Ryan u interrupted him at 11:35 he was about to talk about mantra chant meditation etc. Humble requests to allow the other person to finish what they want to say. The flow was broken a few times I noticed.
Excellent discussion and, needless to say, there is so much to learn from it. However, one thing that struck me was Mr. Pillai's explanation of the relationship between the mind and breath, which seemed a bit unconventional. Simply flipping the 'M' in "MIND" to create "WIND" does not necessarily establish a connection between the mind and wind, which he then tried to relate to breath and mind. With due respect, may I ask for any evidence-based research that proves this relationship?
What’s the source of the information where an IITB student made a programming language in Sanskrit and received a presidential award for that ?? I am myself from IITBHU mathematics and computing and never heard of any news even after being active in programming world for 2 years 😒
I am still wondering waht was sp great about this podcast that people are praising so much.... very basic and general things that we all know. One hour wasted. And don't use chanakyas name for views
Dear Ryan sir, please don't invite WhatsApp University students. There was never a research proving Sanskriti is the best language. You are doing a great work, such people and their propaganda knowledge will pull you down and hamper your progress in long run. Stick to who you are and keep making the right difference.

I googled and couldn't find it.
Dr Pillai quoted Vivekananda - Stop not till the goal is reached - without giving the credit where it is due. This is not acceptable.
Going to start one minute a day

Well I didn't know some of this about Chanakya so it was helpful. I found the concept of watching breath as the first step.
