    Thanks Ryan sir for this amazing podcast with Shane Creado. Both this part 1 and part 2 has ton's of valuable information about sleep and factors to enhance sleep.
    Take away from this podcast.
    1) Have a fixed time for bed and follow the same routine.
    2) Cut down the lights in room 1 hr before bedtime
    3) 10 pistachios with skin and unsalted before 4 hrs of bed
    4) Have high protein and low card diet before bed time as dinner.
    5) Hydrate more
    6) Yoga nidra or deep breaths and slow exhale before sleep
    7) Have good diet which boost sleep etc...

    Hi Ryan Sir, subscribed your channel after watching your podcast with one guy. As I randomly found his video. You are like a champ and I never saw such detailed person. I am IT professional and my mind is just blown whatever words you shared in podcast. Sir, pls do make some videos for public awareness as well who so ever is not capable to afford your fees!! Pls need such awareness videos as well.

Your valuable videos are crucial because many common people are quite far away from advanced scientific knowledge sessions that have the power to bring about change. Please continue creating more content.and plz suggest me I am 35yr old..my grandfather originally from Akola in maharashtra near Nagpur. I am healthy weight is 78kg height is 5.7cm..my mom is suffering from cancer.need your advice which type of body tests and DND test I have to get it done..and plz suggest DNA Center in Mumbai..I just ask everything sorry Rayn..

    Sir I am suffering from limb girdle muscular dystrophy. And high level of SGPT, SGOT , CHOLESTEROL, Triglycerides, and CPK .
    what diet should I take pls sir reply because there is no cure of this disease.🙏🙏🥺
