Awesome vid, as a Maine native I love seeing others discover our state. For anyone wondering, 5:16 is my hometown of Belfast. 5:26 is the Penobscot Narrows Bridge with Bucksport in the background.
I can see why not big shoppers, there be little place to put it . Which is really good can spend more travel money on great food, and more money for other destinations and extended simple expeditions. As a wife I can easily say I think its better to check out shops and souvenir joints etc solo. I do often as hubby easily waits and checks out other things nearby
This seems to be a such a charming place I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!

As a life long Maina', we welcome all to visit and perhaps stay! Lots of cute little towns with things to do. Our coast has miles and miles of clean beaches and more rocky coast further up. And we are friendly too!

Oh so happy you went to Camden. I was worried you were going to bypass Mt. Battie... but ya didn't! Bar Harbor is a trip in summer. Hope Acadia is/was a blast. Loving the adventure in my backyard... Camden is nice! A few years ago I did a schooner out of Rockport the town just south of there, now that's a good time Penobscot Bay is big and full of islands very small waves if at all great sailing! That is something that should be on a bucket list of anyone who likes adventure. Maine is something else.................... So fort Knox just before the bridge you should see fort Knox next time maybe.

I highly recommend Finland it’s INCREDIBLE! We never been to Iceland either I heard great things maybe once things get back to normal we’ll hop on a plane and get out there. I heard it’s great for vanlife as well!

If you want a view akin to Camden,hit Blue Hill Mtn.,a couple towns over from Bar Harbor......another "hidden"gem,believe me.....oh yeah,the real Maine is everything from Rockland north and east.....Head Downeast.........from Rockland to Calais.....check it out........

Hey Dirk I know this was a short one I’m sorry I didn’t want to include Acadia in it and that’s the next place we go. I like the idea of keeping this in chronological order too. We’re getting better and better on the recording side, hopefully our post production will too haha
Van’s about 22 feet long height inside is about 74-75 inches

Hey! I’m moving and I just wanted to ask are there any good paying jobs or jobs in general that you can get easily hired?
From what I've seen most of maine has lots of decent jobs, even for people looking to start a new field. Apparently there isn't a lot of young people in the state so many places will teach you trades .
