    If you're confused about whether to put the 1 ton on the bottom or top and vice versa for the 2000lbs, I do it like this: the bigger unit will always get the 1 and the smaller unit will be the conversion factor, make sure to cancel out the units correctly, though. :)

    You’re a lifesaver! You explained that brilliantly. I struggle with math big time and have been out of high school for almost 20 years and I am currently enrolled in a respiratory therapy program where I have to learn this. I was so lost my first day. You helped this make so much more sense!

    Thanks. I've accumulated 1.5million math points on Khan Academy and this was the second time I have to try and find videos on UA-cam instead of just watching Khan. After 2 weeks I still couldn't get conversions. But this video gets a 9/10 and has probably solved my mental block. Thanks.

    Thank you so much for clarifying Dementional Analysis. I finally have a better understanding now of it. I was having difficulty setting up the ratio. I'm taking Iorganic chemistry now and this has been very helpful. I have to take this chemistry class before I start nursing school in January 2022. I will definitely take a look at your website making chemistry easier. I have to pass this chemistry class:)

    What comes up must come down, 1920 kg must be below in the converison factor.
