Update: I only had staples and toothpicks. Tried staple first and it did fit but it was to thin. Everytime I press down it would just bend. Toothpick method did work. But the tip of the toothpick broke inside the hole and the sim card tray did not come out. Had to get another toothpick to press down the tip the broke off. Sim card tray eventually came out.

Please cut the sharp tips of pins and needles first, with a wire cutter, before inserting. Else it will gradually damage the inside.
Insid part is metal and if it's damaged it not a big deal nothing is going in board that can damage your phone so not a big deal

I did this with a stapler pin but the pin went so deep but the sim slot didnt came out...now i am worried that may be sim slot would have been damaged?

Sometimes needles and such might not be useful at all for they just pierce through the button that your planning to press on the eject hole, you can cut the pointy part of the needle itself using pliers or any tool that has the ability to cut it and then it'll be more convenient and safe for your phone.

How do I not have any of these objects
The funniest thing; I actually have my simcard tool but it would not open the tray for whatever reason. The material for the simtool is so cheap; it literally broke but luckily broke when I attempted to unbend it and didn't break off inside. Ultimately a thumbtack open the tray
the manufacturers are making gadgets so tiny, you need a baby's hands to open this stuff up. Why????
