it's so cute how the player slaps him three times with the sword in panic before running away while the boss is putting his arm up the dead dragon's ass
The parts that stood out to me. Panic rolling into objects and off a cliff. Never fails to amuse me. 😂 Godrick does the fancy roll/leap. Every Souls boss needs some variation of those. Godrick violating the dragon with his stump? That looks about right. 😅 And even the way the sword got upraded with those smithing stones killed me. 🤣 So I guess we'll be going through the whole game. I'm good with that. 👍
I can't even tell you how many times I have panic used an item but forgotten how many items I had in rotation, and accidentally wasted my last healing pot trying to throw a firebomb at somebody.
Every time I watch my BF playing Elden Ring, whenever we see another player's ghost rolling around continuously or their bloodstain death rolling we say "That must be Carbot". 😂 I look forward to seeing your take on all the needless cliffside deaths to which Torrent has catapulted players.
Torrent is the real villain of this game, I've got about 900 hours of Red Dead Redemption 2/Red Dead Online played and was pretty confident that I would handle Torrent pretty well, I mean, I literally had dozens of retarded/suicidal stallions/mares in RDR2/RDO, but oh boy was I wrong, Torrent isn't retarded or suicidal, it is pretty much a murderous mastermind towards its owner
@@PepecoHub to be honest using torrent makes a lot of enemies and bosses in the field easier as well as making traversing exciting since there is lot more verticallity and platforming you can take advantage of.
Holy shit! This was the greatest thing I've seen in a while.. I LOVE all the little details! And Godricks face, when he cuts his arm of and shoves it up the dragon, KILLED ME! Seriously great work!
I was expecting bears to be witnesses! Also cant get enough of him getting a couple puny swings in during the transformation them meekly running away. Phenomenal episode regardless!
These videos are so much fun. I love when they include situations that any player can relate to (like getting stuck while rolling, and dying immediately)
This brings back so many painful and funny memories. All my fights against him are pretty much just like this animation. Sheer panic rolling and getting stuck on things or rolling off the cliff which I thought was several feet further away than it actually was
luckily a dead dragon lied on the floor and not a dead malenia, godrick with waterfowl dance would have been a hard challenge for new players of the game.
0:05 This is fog wall to Godrick the Grafted. Main boss of Stormveil. Pretty intimidating if you ask me. 0:09 And here we have Godrick. Lord of Stormveil. LORE TIME. Basically he is the WEAKEST Demigod in the game. He is a distant cousin of the rest of the Demigods and is overall the runt of the litter. He is especially pathetic since he is of the Golden Lineage, a lineage of Godfrey the First Elden Lord. First husband of Marika and greatest warrior in history of Lands Between. He became insane with idea of Grafting after he was beaten by Malenia who went through Stormveil to go to Caelid where she fought General Radahn. His obsession with Grafting itself may be actually also caused by a certain thing hiding under Stomveil. But either way, he started to Graft body parts of all kinds of creatures on his body, beast and human alike, turning him into this monstrosity to be able to match the rest of his family and Godfrey's legacy. It didn't work. 0:12 Iconic line from the trailer. 0:13 Godrick rolls A LOT in this fight. It actually looks hilarious with how bulky his body is. 0:16 Also it gives way for a HUGE attack, but it's rather easy to dodge. 0:18 The arena of Godrick is also pretty huge and you can run around to give yourself better position. 0:19 But it's VERY easy to get stuck on random things like gravestones. 0:21 And Godrick does quite a lot of damage. 0:22 Panic rolling like that is also not a good idea. You have to be aware of your surroundings because it's possible to fall from the arena. Also be aware of your stamina. 0:25 Another example of lots of things being in this arena. Also listen to the music. This fight has a GREAT music. 0:35 This happens when you get his health down to about 50%, it's his 2nd phase transition. 0:36 His scream is both horrific and hilarious. 0:39 No more hand 0:41 And then Godrick puts a dragon head on his severed hand. It's not actually whole body thankfully. And yeah, it becomes alive somehow. 0:45 Fire attacks do A LOT of damage. 0:48 And have quite a range. 0:50 Grab attacks are here as well. If you are killed by Grab attack you get different animation too sometimes. 0:52 And of course trying to summon a spirit or heal. 0:54 His grab attack is brutal. Listen to those roasts. 0:58 Attacks can't actually go through a fog wall and you can't get out of a boss fight like that. 0:59 Sometimes it does feel like it can hit you from across the entire world. Also you can't swim in this game. 1:02 Range of his normal attacks is also something not to underestimate. Also poor Carboat tried to get his runes back (also fun fact... In Stormveil you get less and less runes back because of certain NPC) 1:03 Basically how fast travel works. You have to open up your map and select Roundtable Hold. Main hub of this game where you can meet some new NPCs, listen to calming music, continue quests or upgrade your equipment. Comfy place. 1:04 And on the right you can see Roderika. A spirit Tuner that can upgrade your spirits. She is a poor girl. 1:05 Those lovely ladies are the merchants. You can give them special bells that can give them more equipment to sell, some with smithing stones as well. They are infinite and not that expensive. You REALLY need to upgrade your weapon. And I actually don't know if they are alive or not. 1:07 Don't ask how this works. Just let the smith do his thing. Too bad he wasn't shown. 1:09 Carboat is all ready and brave 1:10 And then he learns wonders of Godrick's AOE attacks. This one is not that bad. It gives you enough time to roll away, but there is one another where he creates whirlwinds around himself and is VERY hard to dodge if you are too close due to how quickly he pulls it out. 1:12 Good old poison arrows and knives. They are helpful because once you poison a boss it will gradually lose health, but it may disappear after a while so better get a lot of them. Jellyfish can also poison. 1:15 Lots of shooting ahead of you. And archery is better in this game than other From games. 1:23 BEAR WITNESS!!! Godrick went to 2nd phase and this is yet another iconic line from him. He is REALY extatic about his grafting of a dragon. He REALLY wants to be worthy to be one of Godfrey's lineage... It's actually quite sad. He is a monster, but it's clear that it's very hard on him to be part of such legacy and... not being able to match it no matter what. Godrick is pretty tragic. All of Golden Lineage is quite tragic (aside from one certain horny guy). 1:25 Godrick poisoned. There is hope. 1:27 You can get stuck on the tree as well. But not like this. 1:34 Poison finally killed him. I'm sad though his dying line wasn't included: ...I am Lord of all that is Golden.... ...And one day, we'll return together... ...To our home, bathed in rays of gold... Godrick is a sad character. Sadistic, but sad. 1:41 The message that shows up after beating important bosses, but there are 2 other variants. 1:43 And here Carboat plays with Godrick's corpse with Gostoc. He is an NPC who is actually son of Godrick who opens the gate for you and shows you the hidden way to the castle and once you beat Godrick he kicks his corpse. He is also a scumbag who locks you up with a banished knight and steals your runes when you are near Stormveil. But don't bother killing him after you kill Godrick. Now you cannot get them back. You can though if you kill him BEFORE killing Godrick. Also let me show you Godrick's remembrance that you get after killing him. You can get boss weapons out of those things. Remembrance of Godrick, the Grafted, hewn into the Erdtree. The power of its namesake can be unlocked by the Finger Reader. Alternatively, it can be used to gain a great bounty of runes. A feeble man sought power through the grotesque act of grafting. "One day we'll return together, to our home, bathed in rays of gold."
Great commentary! Attacks can actually go through the boss fog, of course you can’t leave the fight once you’re in it so you won’t see the boss’s attacks going through it, but if there are enemies outside they can attack and hit you if you’re just inside. Your spirit ashes can also argo on and attack enemies on the other side of the fog.
Here I was thinking that when carbot would do an animation for Godrick, he would have something cute and silly like godrick using a sock puppet dragon. Glad that expectation was subverted, because having him stick his arm up the dragon's butt is absolutely hilarious!
incredible video , i beat godrick yesterday ( im a new player ) everyone was saying its easy . At first it thought they were lying because like you very nicely showed it in your video , i was dying every times . But when you get the thing its really easy
I feel like that might even warrant being a two-parter, depending on how much trouble he has actually fighting her and how many different ways he attempts the fight. Should be HILARIOUS!

it's so cute how the player slaps him three times with the sword in panic before running away while the boss is putting his arm up the dead dragon's ass
+10 for WoW dragon whelp sound effect when the dead dragon gets violated.
The way he makes him roll over thins at 0:25 is so cute for such a damn bleak game. LOL
So I guess we'll be going through the whole game. I'm good with that. 👍
i love how he does the arm-chop for seemingly no reason xD
To shovel it ino dragon's butt. Pretty good reason. Maybe :)
@@antonicholernik1747 he be lkke "dragon these arms through your colon"
@Higgs Bonbon But multiple times.
Lmao did he throw his wallet at Godrick when his arrows ran out?!!!!😂
And a stone
Yes dont you have eyes?
I can't even tell you how many times I have panic used an item but forgotten how many items I had in rotation, and accidentally wasted my last healing pot trying to throw a firebomb at somebody.
Bro really wanted to piss Godrick off with that, “Great Enemy Felled” at the end.
I love the range emotions on your character drawing simple yet extremely effective ! My fav series !
I am crying. God, this episode was BRILLIANT! You just won the internet, good sir. Have a nice day!
Fall damage in this game is pretty retarded
I love how the Tarnished and Gostoc are playing soccer with Godrick's head at the end XD
0:40 cursory pokes between phases = masterful plays
Holy shit! This was the greatest thing I've seen in a while.. I LOVE all the little details! And Godricks face, when he cuts his arm of and shoves it up the dragon, KILLED ME! Seriously great work!
Elden Ring voice acting combined with Carbot animation is a gift from Heavens above.
I love how getting caught on the that tree branch ironically saved him from falling off the cliff for the nth time. 🤣
Beating Godrick is easy
Step 1: using a pencil, erase the “God” from his name tag
Step 2: defeat Rick
"My names not Rick AHHHHHHH"
You can’t defeat Rick
And then he turned himself into a multi armed Frankenstein's Monster. Funniest shit I've ever seen
@@lincolny2220*”I turned my arm into a dragon Morty I’m dragon Rick”*
But then you'd just get rick-rolled...
0:20-0:33 had me laughing. That's exactly how I imagined panic rolling 🤣
I love the way Godrick's face is animated when he cut off his limb
0:52 that bell ring in the dragon's mouth is just... Amazing. Haven't enjoyed a cartoon based on a game since battlefield friends
I was expecting bears to be witnesses! Also cant get enough of him getting a couple puny swings in during the transformation them meekly running away.
Phenomenal episode regardless!
It's a matter of PRINCIPLE dammit 🤣
The Shop Twins taking the selfie definitely caught me offguard lmao
I LOST IT. I will never see them the same way again.
saaaame
These videos are so much fun. I love when they include situations that any player can relate to (like getting stuck while rolling, and dying immediately)
This brings back so many painful and funny memories. All my fights against him are pretty much just like this animation. Sheer panic rolling and getting stuck on things or rolling off the cliff which I thought was several feet further away than it actually was
Holding the sacrificial twig to get your runes back and then dying…brilliant! All these videos are so relatable😂
can't wait for Radahn. Already loved every video of the Elden Ring series, this is epic, and I always make sure to share these videos :D.
I love this series so much. Thanks for all the hard work you put into these.
All of them are so good and ACCURATE!. THIS ONE WAS THE BEST SO FAR! I wait for these!
1:31 I am the lord of all that is golden...
1:41 Sure 😏
I very much expect the great "Let Me Solo Her" to appear eventually against his hated foe when it's her time to appear.
Only for Mr. Carbot to run forward, ignoring LMSH's request to stay back, and getting nuked
Sure, if he's still playing by the time episode 47 hits.
no
He definitely should take "Let her solo me" first :D
luckily a dead dragon lied on the floor and not a dead malenia, godrick with waterfowl dance would have been a hard challenge for new players of the game.
0:39 No more hand
0:41 And then Godrick puts a dragon head on his severed hand.
In Stormveil you get less and less runes back because of certain NPC)
1:03 Basically how fast travel works.
1:09 Carboat is all ready and brave
1:10 And then he learns wonders of Godrick's AOE attacks.
I'm sad though his dying line wasn't included:
...I am Lord of all that is Golden....
...And one day, we'll return together...
...To our home, bathed in rays of gold...
Mah guy did a whole arse critical analysis
Great commentary! Attacks can actually go through the boss fog, of course you can’t leave the fight once you’re in it so you won’t see the boss’s attacks going through it, but if there are enemies outside they can attack and hit you if you’re just inside. Your spirit ashes can also argo on and attack enemies on the other side of the fog.
Thanks!
I love that every frame of animation has a joke to absorb. I don't even mind the length being short because these are just so damn funny
Perfect timing of the Bear Witness quote. These animations are way too good!!!
Oh man, keep it up with including the voices from the bosses, it worked sooo well!
The moment Godrick cuts his arm off... That reaction is spot on 👌🏻
I love that expression when Godrick cut his arm. right to the point
Here I was thinking that when carbot would do an animation for Godrick, he would have something cute and silly like godrick using a sock puppet dragon. Glad that expectation was subverted, because having him stick his arm up the dragon's butt is absolutely hilarious!
Ok, in fairness sock puppet dragon would have been incredible. I would have been 100% down with that.
@@webbowser8834 I like the idea too, but I think I like Carbot's a bit more, if only because I really wasn't expecting it. 😆
@@cleanserofnoobs4162 The lovely thing about subjective mediums is that there are multiple right ways of doing something.
@@webbowser8834 True, True
Lol the end scene with gostoc and melina was surprisingly wholesome
1:16 I can't with the breathing haha
Let's gooo! More episodes!
The hand up the dragons butt is exactly what I needed before I went to sleep 🤣
I'm surprised you can sleep after watching that...🤣🤣🤣
@@mkprovince Try finger but hole indeed
After beating Godrick recently after several dozen tries, I felt personally attacked, especially on the dragon phase 😂
It's accurate, it's what I did.
I love how simple the character looks but emotes every emotions clearly.
Not going to lie this was pretty much me when it came to dealing with him 🤣
Same, only to find out after beating him that I could have summoned an npc to help me.
incredible video , i beat godrick yesterday ( im a new player ) everyone was saying its easy . At first it thought they were lying because like you very nicely showed it in your video , i was dying every times . But when you get the thing its really easy
This is so perfect ! Can't wait for the next ones. I'm already laughing thinking this fellow meeting Malenia 😂
I feel like that might even warrant being a two-parter, depending on how much trouble he has actually fighting her and how many different ways he attempts the fight. Should be HILARIOUS!
When he threw everything in his inventory ate the end . . .even his wallet. . .pure genius!
omg I love this even more because that's exactly how my Godrick experience went. Poison finally took him out!
I’m watching all episodes now and I’m in tears
Man I freaking love these videos. I can't tell you how many times my inner monolog has sounded exactly like this. Thank you!
