Many years and many, many exercise videos later this is still my all time favorite Pilates workout.
I started with your workouts a little over a month ago for back strength, I did complete beginner yoga for over a week then moved up to beginner for 2 weeks and started 45 min Pilates over a week ago, I am 41 and out of shape, I was surprised to find I never hurt the next day which I really expected especially when I made the jump to pilates, in only 1 month I have never missed a day I have my figure back and am considerably stronger and the most flexible I have ever been, I am so very grateful

"Range is for the ego but control is for the soul" - how very philosophical, and also true. It's important for me to remember that just because I can do something it does not mean that it is doing me any good, and I may be missing something by rushing too fast and going right by the real beneficial part.
Thanks, Melanie. I believe Mr. Joseph Pilates said it but I use it a lot. Yes, enjoy the process and cherish each and every improvement that occurs every day.

That's wonderful to hear!! Pilates never 'hurts', it 'elevates'. That may sound corny to someone who has never practiced Pilates but those of us that are fortunate enough to do so know exactly what that means :)

Great class. I've done a few of Sean's classes and found some of them a little full on and fast paced but this one, like the 15 minute yoga, is just perfect. Will explore more on this great channel.

Good workout. Nice for the day after a hard workout
Still my favorite workout. 3 years and going. I can't thank Sean enough for how of a difference this makes in your life. As a landscaper, stage hand, and bicyclist. I beat my body up a little bit. Making the investment in doing stretching and Pilates makes all the difference. Of course the chiropractor, healthier eating choices, and the occasional message help too. Enjoy!
Hello Sean, thank you for posting this video. I stopped doing pilates for 1.5 years with all the silly excuses of being busy etc. When I returned to pilates with your video I found myself very stiff. I know that it is very beneficial for my back pain but getting started it a struggle. It is a great video for muscle toning and stretching. A big thank you, and God Bless you for spreading the good. I am going to share this with other friends who are suffering from back pain.

I have been doing this for a few weeks now, five times a week. I have never liked workouts, but this is really enjoyable. Each time I reach the end it seems that only twenty minutes or so has passed. Wish I had found this earlier!
