Yes this particular video is about how to fix a flooded interior of a car But there is a lot of video how I work on engine and replace flood damage engine too
Thats a good video, i wash my car but continue smells a mold and itchy my nose, i cant find the mold, i put the all interior out, aplied ozone and continue smells bad, what do you thing about? Other remedies?
Well did you check the cabin air filter ? Also look under the dash maybe you have a licking gasket from wire harness or a drainer Did you have any water when you removed the interior ?
No mention of engine and transmission issues from a flooded vehicle. My Navigator has the 6R80 transmission, which is utilized in the Ford F-150 and various other vehicles, over a number of years. The manual states that if the vehicle enters water higher than the center of the wheel hubs, the vehicle must be shut down and flat bed towed to a service center for immediate attention.
That is true sir but in my video I was saying how to solve the problem after your car got flooded and how to fix sits and wires ! I appreciate your concern about flood zones and moments when we are in a such a unlucky moment, hopefully we all stay away from water with our cars 🙏
Hy, we are from Italy. Our car was flooded. The water was 1 meter on the car. It is skoda octavia 2017, 1.4, automatic. What fo you think is it a probality to repair the car? Thanks a lot!!!
Hi I think everything it can be fixed , you need to get the water out of the car and dry everything after make sure you clean all the wires and look if there is any computers are damaged
So you didn't mention how to fix those corroded connectors? Would replacing them be the proper fix? Spraying them with wd40 can fix temporarily maybe but will they not be corroded out down the line again?
I bought a 2005 Chevy Colorado z71. And it has flood damage I put a new battery on and all power is non existent the only thing that comes on is the engine light. What should I do? Motor is good no water in it.
What about engine ? If the engine is good but got a lot of water inside than clean and out wd-40 in it and leave it for couple of days If the engine is bad there is two options Pull it out and rebuild it or replace it . That’s everything that you can do with the engine
first of all, do not crank the engine. water might be in the cylinders and you'll hydrolock it. water might also be in the transmission and transfer cases. do not drive it until you drain and refill. there are other videos that tell you what to do with the engine compartment.
These are some great ideas thank you for making this video.
Thanks 🙏
Thanks! Your video was extremely helpful to me - great ideas.

But there is a lot of video how I work on engine and replace flood damage engine too
Drain and replace engine oil, transmission fluid, differential oil, transfer case oil, dry out the computer, and attempt a restart.
Thanks for the great tips. Watched from Elko, AZ.
Thanks

Thanks for the info and ideas how to fix this problem better
WD40 is not for electrical connectors. Just buy a specialized electrical contact cleaner and spray it on.
Youre awesome!! 😍
Thank 🤩you

You should check BCM and ECM and fuse boxes for corrosion and water damage
Also check wire harness and clean it if rust and corrosion as well
What if the fuse box would have gotten wet ? How bad is that ?
It’s pretty bad , if the fuse box got corrosion you have to replace it
My guy 👍🏿
Thanks bro
💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥
Thanks
