    So grateful for this! I broke my lower leg in 2 places and tore ligaments a little over 3 months ago. Surgery was needed and 2 full months of no weight bearing... This was my first physical activity aside from walking since the injury. I'm excited to bring yoga back into my routine and to help me strengthen back up after such a long recovery.

    Thank you so much. Such a blessing. I'm a very active person and love to walk alot, rebound and pilates etc. It helps me manage stress and anxiety and my spinal issues. I broke my toe over the weekend and I was devastated. Thank God for you tube videos like this, keeping me active.

    I’m usually a very active person but I fractured my foot 3 weeks ago and it’s been REALLY hard on me. This video pulled me out of the funk I’ve been in! This is the best I’ve felt in weeks! You deserve everything good that has ever happened to you James!

    Like so many others have stated... please accept my deep gratitude for giving me hope and relief that due to broken ankle and foot I will not have to take a 3 month hiatus from daily yoga. You have a wonderfully calming presence, and this session will definitely be on repeat!🙏💜

    As a yoga teacher who has just sprained their ankle I am feeling really the mental toll of not being able to move much/practice and this was really wonderful and even made me emotional that I could move my body and feel good.     THANK YOU for this video! I've had a daily yoga practice up until I had foot surgery 5 and a half weeks ago. I found this wonderful video of yours that has allowed me to return to my yoga mat and start to regain lost flexibility and muscle. I really appreciate you for taking the time to make this video. I really enjoyed stretching and moving again. Hopefully I will be back up to speed and doing standing vinyasa yoga in the coming weeks.

    I just had surgery on my left ankle two days ago and have to be non weight bearing for 6 weeks. I was really concerned about how I was gonna stay fit. This is just what I needed. Thank you.

    First yoga session 10 weeks post ankle surgery with plates and pins. I did it on my bed and it was a great way to alleviate any pain points so I really enjoyed the entire flow! Will do every day - happy to find you!

    Thank you for this video! This was such a lovely practice and you were so thoughtful throughout as to what might be suitable. I'm recovering post ankle fracture and surgery, and a lot of 'ankle injury' exercise videos online are not truly ankle free if you really can't put weight on it!     I raptured my achilles tendon few weeks ago and discovered your channel! I literally do this flow every morning and makes me feel so much better than before, which I was feeling a bit depressed because injury.     Thanks so much for this! Just had surgery on both my feet a week ago and I just couldn't sit on the couch for another moment! This was the perfect intro to get me back to my daily yoga

    Sweet relief! Used to being very active, and have been off my feet for two weeks after a torn ligament in my ankle. This was a great practice and making me believe all is not lost 😅 Also you’re just delightful. Thanx a million

    I’m recovering from a trimalleour ankle break. Week 10 still not fully walking, I’m working on my ROM. This stretch was perfect. Thank you! 🙏🏽
