So grateful for this! I broke my lower leg in 2 places and tore ligaments a little over 3 months ago. Surgery was needed and 2 full months of no weight bearing... This was my first physical activity aside from walking since the injury. I'm excited to bring yoga back into my routine and to help me strengthen back up after such a long recovery.

I’m recovering from a trimalleour ankle break. Week 10 still not fully walking, I’m working on my ROM. This stretch was perfect. Thank you! 🙏🏽
