Oh I love this. Have you read Supreme Magus? I think it has one of the best magic systems because it is SUPER simple. From that simplicity the author has come up with so much complexity. Highly recommend, not a really action packed novel, more of a slice of life oddly enough but its fantasy.

The Thing is this not New infact, this is a very good re-telling of _the Power system which is seen in one of the Big 3 among the Anime Industry,_ Guess who! _...ofc this system might seem outright more brutal, but that's just author choice, anyone can crank up the Darkness._
@ Shadow slaves power system doesn’t focus on a character trying to learn and understand who there are to get stronger. It’s much more closer to a cultivation manwha than anything else. Plus the biggest part of shadow slaves power system the flaw that you get for having an ability is nowhere to be found in bleach.
