- Hello everyone! Join me for a quick dynamic full body Pilates workout. This session is great if you don't have much time but still want to get in a full body workout. No equipment needed for today, just your beautiful self and your beautiful mat. I try to give modifications along the way, so feel free to take them if needed. Remember, child's pose is your friend, so if things get too much, take a break and then jump right back in.
