God, watching Rangan get blasted in the face after his "paid in exposure" talk and just watching him be a creep in general in his area is one of the absolute most cathartic kills in the game.
@OverDose I wouldnt say relaxing is the right word, but close. Cathartic is more about satisfaction mixed with relaxation. So plopping onto your couch after a long walk and drinking a cold glass of water would be cathartic, but simply flopping onto your couch under no particular circumstances would be relaxing.

47 is quite the multi-talented guy. He can make cocktails, teach yoga, make a convincing Doctor's diagnosis, paint a portrait, a competent wine sommelier...
In my opinion, this is perfectly written as he is built to be a killer so having him have difficulty expressing emotion is built in to him, similar to 40ks Space Marines having difficulty socializing with regular humans. (like being unable to find the difference with literal speech and figure of speech.)
@Isaac Ho Honestly it doesn't matter what you say. SOMEONE is gonna be "that guy" about it. Why do you think "water is wet" is the go to phrase for this context in the first place? Because it WAS obvious and undebatable, until someone decided it wasn't.

16:58 lol ‘oh mr rieper is in many ways a man out of time’ that’s just so admiring and accurate. in one way, he’s a clone who will hardly age. he also fits in with his suits and disguises in any time period. also i like how diana & rieper aren’t supposed to know each other very well but diana can’t help but be admiring and tell how she sees 47. of course it’s probably for our benefit :) 17:32 and then he becomes ‘your guy’ like she’s smarter than your average oblivious target and is figuring it out.
“And you couldn’t find anything else to wear?” “Correct.” “Wow, you must live a crazy life my friend” “You have no idea.” Omfg, this game’s developer’s have their own sense of humor.
My favorite thing about Agent 47 is that he does not lie. Ever. Everything he answers is technically the truth; he’s always answering vaguely about about his job as an assainator...... .....which makes it so you always love to hear more dialogue from him.

13:25 "This is a view to die for."
"This is SPARTA!"
A Sparta meme in 2021?, that good shit
Also the woman: uaehh arhhhhhhhhhhh

24:42 "...making each grape quite impossible to ID" This has got to be one of the funniest things 47's ever said! XD

That’s what that guy gets for trying to play with exposure
God, watching Rangan get blasted in the face after his "paid in exposure" talk and just watching him be a creep in general in his area is one of the absolute most cathartic kills in the game.
@OverDose relaxing
For real though he's annoying
Interesting opinion
My favorite is the one on the train in the final level of 3.
Guard: "How's the patient?" (referring to 47)
Disguised 47 (ominously): "Oh, he's up and about."
14:33 47 sounds like he is trying to hold his laugh.
19:12 I'm not over how they have the pictures of the ink blotches and the words of which is related with each one in the background
Just to help the player get an answer if they are stuck I guess
@@guythatstillusespocketwatc3145 Its also ULTRA-corporate. Like, that shit isn't even a joke. I watched it and realized that it basically WAS an actual interview.
@@MrJinglejanglejingle so what your saying is in an actual interview the employers aren't actually interested in your personal choices and pushes you to a corner?
@@guythatstillusespocketwatc3145 Perfect description.
@@MrJinglejanglejingle HAH, when did corporate giants ever care for their employees?
Ah so the "47" stands for how many layers of irony he's been spitting.
"And... Who is this man?"
*"It's me"*
the best part about flamingo costume dialogue is that 47 sounds like he REALLY hates wearing that bloody costume
I cracked up when I started the mission in that outfit and saw him doing a mascot dance with his completely stone face.
It looks like it would be absolutely awful to wear, bunch of layers and heavy, AND you have to take into account Florida weather. I’d sound pretty miserable too.
@@burgbass"It's insulated."

47 says thank you in a lower voice here and it sounds so cold, absolutely perfect. Almost as if he was talking the other assassin.
47 is quite the multi-talented guy. He can make cocktails, teach yoga, make a convincing Doctor's diagnosis, paint a portrait, a competent wine sommelier...
Not to mention an artist and can cook.
Also he plays like a professional drummer in one mission
He can also spin sick fucking beats too
AND he's an amazing model too
A proficient masseur too
And they say that 47 is antisocial...
Antisocial isn’t the same as unsocial. They are very different things.
He is more introverted or at worst emotionally Autistic as in he finds difficulty expressing emotion, not that he does not feel emotions.
In my opinion, this is perfectly written as he is built to be a killer so having him have difficulty expressing emotion is built in to him, similar to 40ks Space Marines having difficulty socializing with regular humans. (like being unable to find the difference with literal speech and figure of speech.)
@@forickgrimaldus8301 It’s funny you say “emotionally autistic”. I find that I act like a lot like 47, and it’s primarily due to having autism myself.
@@DigitalRRS Interesting...so in your opinion it's perfectly possible Agent 47 is on the spectrum?
I love how 47 did a detailed autopsy in the middle of a house sale and that raised absolutely zero suspicion.
Nurse: "About Mr. Soders; what happened?"
47: "He died."
And in other news! The Pope is CATHOLIC? The sky is BLUE? Water is WET? More at 11.
Soup is a salad
water is wet?
Technically water is wet but not wet at the same time while you boil it. Schrodinger water
@Isaac Ho Honestly it doesn't matter what you say. SOMEONE is gonna be "that guy" about it. Why do you think "water is wet" is the go to phrase for this context in the first place? Because it WAS obvious and undebatable, until someone decided it wasn't.
And he is Squidward
“Excuse me. You should try this, It’s to die for” I love serving food and drinks just to hear the shit 47 says to ppl

Vidal: *the horror sets in*
@MonoChronicle I'm wondering the same
And if it is can someone timestamp it
@MonoChronicle no
@Isaac Ho aww. Thanks for notifying me
Her mistake was not trying to kill him in the open
Instead she made him go to a secluded place, with 4 guards at meters away from her and the agent
Rangan said he'd pay the artist in exposure and he STILL took the job? Damn, not only did Rangan deserve the kill, that artist had no self respect.
He was in gambling debts.
47's utterly dry humor is hilarious. Love it.
"Wait, isn't that poisonious?"
"Yes"
I laughed so hard.
i love how 47 never lies. he is always *technically* telling the truth even when hiding his true intentions and actions.
I like how 47 always finds a way to hint what he does for a living in conversation
0:47 i love how aggressively 47 says correct
Convenient timestamp
My favorite one is the New York job interview. He basically tells the interviewer exactly what he does for a living and gets away with it! Bravo to the writing team of these games
It fascinates me how 47 can be so cold and calculating while also keeping a good sense of humor IN THE SAME SENTENCE.
16:58 lol ‘oh mr rieper is in many ways a man out of time’ that’s just so admiring and accurate. in one way, he’s a clone who will hardly age. he also fits in with his suits and disguises in any time period. also i like how diana & rieper aren’t supposed to know each other very well but diana can’t help but be admiring and tell how she sees 47. of course it’s probably for our benefit :)
17:32 and then he becomes ‘your guy’ like she’s smarter than your average oblivious target and is figuring it out.
"should i be worried?"
"im not"
is as big of a red flag as
"will it hurt?"
"not for me"
8:46 That has got to be the most casual yet badass kill I’ve seen in years.
Can't believe this is the "HEY A MAN HAS FALLEN INTO THE RIVER IN LEGO CITY" guy
Get the new LEGO Hitman!

A HIT HAS BEEN CALLED OUT ON A MAN IN LEGO CITY!
47's dry sense of humour is really something else. It's a clever way to really get the player included more in the situation
"And... who is this man?"
"It's me"
You can almost hear him smiling with joy.

“Correct.”
“Wow, you must live a crazy life my friend”
“You have no idea.”
Omfg, this game’s developer’s have their own sense of humor.
Maelstrom: “You showed great skill with that razor, my friend. In another life, I could have used a man like you.”
The irony.
The irony being Maelstrom is the target, and he’s saying that believing 47’s services would be helpful for himself as a would-be client.
9:39 Look at 47's hands. You think he ever feels like its a now or never moment when he does this?
I swear Rangan's death is every artists' wet dream lmfao.

It must be somewhat frustrating for Diana to see 47 pass up on so many accident opportunities during the tour on the vineyard
