Marinated Red Peppers - Speca Gogozhare

These marinated red peppers in pressure cooker with garlic, bay leaves, peppercorn, vinegar and olive oil are called Speca Gogozhare in my native language. Back home in Albania we used these peppers to add to mezes, salads, toast and even diced in Russian Salad (the Albanian version of Russian salad which is a NY eve special).
