Hi Alex i have long hair and i use minoxidil and oral Fins and i do derma rolling twice a week but i have small patch of short hair that wont grow please help me what i can do?

I suffer from hypothyroidism and since I have suffered from it I have had dry and brittle looking hair, more hair loss, thinning and the affected areas are on the temples, sides, crown, diffusely and it has been stagnant since 2021, I mean I don't advance. but I'm still stuck. What do you recommend me?
@@SomebodyAlexI took levothyroxine for 4 months and it only regulated the laboratory results, but some symptoms are latent, such as insomnia, depression, hair stagnation, that is, the loss did not progress but remained stagnant. Before, they medicated me for 7 years with an antidepressant, thinking it was depression and in reality it was hypothyroidism since I had anxiety, depression, tiredness all day, hair loss, as well as an ugly and brittle appearance. One question: if I had androgenic alopecia plus hypothyroidism, would I have gone bald in less time? because none of my family is bald, grandparents, parents, uncles, cousins.
After my hair transplant i was taking minoxidil..when i stopped taking minoxidil..my transplanted hairs and few of my existing hairs hv fallen out.. its been 2 years...if i take minoxidil again will my hair grow again?

@tanukumar4764 I can personally attest to that .yes hair can grow back on stitches area ,but it depends how old you were when it happened .I had busted my head open when I was 5 yrs old diving off a head board and hitting the footboard pole flush on the crown .I think I at least got 15 stitches and hair grew back soon after all the scabs were completely gone .now when I was 30 I started hair transplants caused from normal male pattern hair loss and the donor scar spots I have like a part in those linear areas but their vary fine cause their 27 years old .now a days they will be incorporating using vertiprofin to heal the scars and vertiprofin allows hair to regrow in stitched areas either from injury or deliberate from FUT donor areas .

It has validity to it, but I don't follow it and personally I have diet with simple real foods

normal i guess but did you tried minoxidil first?
It shouldn't do that, but I don't see benefits of switching between different doses during the week

Its normal for saw palmetto cause shedding like finasteride after use of 3-4 weeks??
Minimal unless hair cycle is weak or follicles are weak

Possible but minoxidil is growth stimulant and is not adressing underlying hair thinning causes
