I sailed out of Seattle for decades and am very familiar w Perry designs. Karen Marie is extraordinary given its age. The owner's craftsmanship is clearly evident. If the sails are still serviceable it means the boat hasn't been sailed that much. How does its current weight compare to original design weight? Is the out of water survey mentioned in the video available to qualified prospective buyers.

Some of them. Though out dated they are in quite good condition.
