Switching in Northern New York: CSX L027, Gouverneur, NY

It’s October 16th, 2023 and I’m in Gouverneur, NY to film CSX local L027. We see the train perform all of its work at Cives Steel, Clearwater Paper, and Cargill before heading south towards Watertown.

Wish we still had industry like that in northern Massachusetts served by rail
Unfortunately, state policy & non-service by Guilford/Pan Am did away with all of that
