I tried something similar. Did 1 minutes with 2 lb rope, 10 4 pump burpees. Did that for only 10 sets, but I was exhausted. Couldn’t do anymore. How you did 12 sets 10 5 pumps with 2 squat chaser was amazing. I almost threw up.

@@ra0333 you may want the lighter ropes then, they have a get lean set, the heavy ropes are really taxing , the lighter ones are more for regular humans ,lol wolf is really advanced,you can always go heavier

Today we can find a somewhat accurate number of calories burned doing regular jump rope, I would like to know how many calories are burned while doing a weighted rope!

Calories burned will depend on the height, weight and gender of the person. No 2 people will ever burn the same amount of calories during a workout.
