Red Cabbage with Bacon

Ingredient list:
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon (cook the whole pound and freeze the rest)
1 head red cabbage thinly sliced
1 large sweet onion thinly sliced
4 tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
3 tsp raw organic honey
s & p to taste

mmm Southern fried cabbage lol My grandparents where German she'd always braise the red cabbage with apples but I like it fried

You did not "SAY IT"...if the other ingredient was Honey or perhaps a maple syrup 🤔but I guess it did look too light to be maple 🍁
