Grandin Court - Roanoke, VA - Best Neighborhood in Roanoke?

Grandin Court is projected to increase in value by 7% in the next 12 months so now is a great time to check out this neighborhood if you are moving within or to the Roanoke Area. It is also a great time to peer-pressure your friends into becoming neighbors!
With 15-20 houses on the market in this neighborhood at any given time it is relatively easy to find a home here.
The Grandin area is one of the most walkable parts of town with shops and restaurants all over. My favorite breakfast spots the scratch biscuit, is right in grandin and is a must if you love breakfast food.
The walkability, shops, and people make this area one of the best places to live in Roanoke in my opinion. I really do believe areas like Grandin, Raleigh Court, and Wasena offer homeowners great value per dollar and great neighborhoods to become part of.
