ままちゃんの説明は、シンプルでゆっくりと話してくれるので、日本人にもわかりやすいです。 MamaChan's explanation is simple & slow English. Therfore it's easy for Japanese to understand. Although I'm not good at English, I can understand your explanation. Thank you, MamaChan ! 😀
Thank you so much for sharing your recipe! I made these with my 6 year old! We had so much fun making them together ❤ The only thing we changed is I rolled the dough out smaller to make mini cinnamon rolls! They’re the perfect morning snack after breakfast before my daughter goes to school ❤
I have to be honest, I was always intimidated by making cinnamon rolls but this really doesn't look too difficult. Thank you for being so honest as well, we moms do get frustrated sometimes and it is totally normal but you are right, watching what we say is not always easy but it can only benefit our kiddos!
Mama chan san, thank you for the wonderful recipe AND ALSO the tip of parenting to us. I am always amazed by how well your kids behaved and wanted to know the secret. It really helped me. Also, I want to see you taste the food at the end or the scene that your family enjoys your food! 😊❤🎉
I stumbled upon your channel. I was like she looks so much like the mom from the family that lives in Japan! Turns out it is you! Cant wait to learn some recipes and try them on my kids.
Although I cannot eat these due to food sensitivities, I look forward to making these for my family! I hope I can get one or two kids to learn to make them with me. :)
Yes, I normally use 薄力粉 for my baking, unless I'm making just bread (focaccia, etc) then I'll use the stronger flour. Plus the weaker flour is cheaper. ;)
@@mamachanruth thank you!! I feel I can't really get anything sweet with yeast right (bread, pizza turns out good), so I'm trying to find out where it's going wrong.. Definitely will try the cinnamon rolls soon!
I have made them by hand before but I usually add 1/2 or 1/3 of the flour and mix that well (its easier without all the flour in a first). Then I transfer it to a surface and get my arm muscles to work that dough!
シナモンロールは私の大好物です!でも自分で作ったことがないので、今回のレシピでぜひ挑戦してみたいと思います。ママちゃんの丁寧な説明なら、きっと上手く作れそうですね。ありがとうございます!
I’m excited to try making these for the first time!

I have to admit that although I am 65 I have never actually seen cinnamon rolls being made. 😂 Those look absolutely delicious.
Agree, blessings over our children 🙏 Bless you
Yum! I've watched them make a batch at Cinnabon before and they used a similar method.

Thanks for the recipe! :) Which type of Japanese flour do you use for these? The 薄力粉 or the strong type, or a mix?

Do you have any tips on how to miks it if you don't have a mixer
