I hate that so much, but you do almost the same exact thing, and by exact I mean somebody who would use the same arm position to color. Your awesome!!
Great review ^-^ Honestly, I do think Ohuhu's are a fantastic, inexpensive option for people who want alcohol markers. I love too that they have the brush nibs. However... It's very interesting to me to see so many people in the comment sections of these videos remark that they love the ohuhus more because often times the colors are bolder in the comparison pictures. Here's the thing: as an artist you don't always want these straight up bold colors. In fact many times you'll find yourself using the softer colors more often. (unless you have a bold, cartoonier style) And copic DOES have comparatively bold colors available. I've used them, it's not hard to get really vibrant pictures ;) Though I understand the artist here is using what's available to her. But it is interesting to see a lot of people equating bolder color with "better". Just depends on what you're looking for! Anyways, really, no hate on the ohuhu's. Just sharing my thoughts. :)
I love how the ohuhu turned out, but I also love how realistic the copics look. Just look at the left eyelid on both of the drawings for example, I was super shocked because of how realistic the shading looked on the copic one. Loved the video btw!

Just saying, Ohuhu's do come in packs, but I just ran out of some skin tones in the 48 Brush/Chisel Pack, and reordered some of them on their website. They have a limited number of individual markers, but they are there.
Copics being refillable shouldn't be a plus nowadays because every marker you can pull out the chisel nib without breaking it can be refilled with Shinhan, Copic or any other ink refill. You just need to find the closest color and that's relatively easy cause most cheap markers follow the Shinhan color chart.
Appleminte, I really love the way you draw! It's amazing! You and Love2DrawManga really help me with my drawings! Just wanted to say that! ❤❤ I luv u!!! Oh, and before I forget that: What kind of video will you plan for your 400k special?
I mostly do digital work but have considered for a long time doing more traditional pieces. That being said I LOVE how the piece using the ohuhu makers came out. They blended so seamlessly it wouldn't be hard to mistake it for digital! The colors are far more vibrant and the blending looks great. The Copic, which I do have some experience with, look very splotchy and didn't blend as well. I purchased their skin tone line multiple times, and it looks in this video exactly as I remember them.
The ohuhu side is more pigmented than copic. Copic is vey soft and pastel-y which I think the character's attitude is very bright and in your face with a pop which ohuhu demonstrates better. So I like ohuhu better
Can you like open a google photo account where you upload your rough sketches so that people can maybe print it and color it in to train and so the newcomers don’t have to draw a whole character everytime
Question: I'm new to alcohol markers, and I have my first set of Ohuhu markers coming from Amazon tomorrow. I'm not sure if it comes with a colourless blender or not (some of the reviews said yes, and some said no). Will a Copic colourless blender work well with Ohuhu markers? I'd assume yes since they're both alcohol-based? Thanks!
I mean, I think I prefer Ohuhu just because they’re so pigmented. I have the biggest pack of them and actually really like how smooth they are and how nice they blend. My large pack was only $50! I believe my set has 120 markers. I really want to buy the brush end ones because I have the original ones.

@@ironicallyivy5078 lol says litterally nobody. Why are all of the leading artists in the world using copic then? So many youtubers try these diffrent alternitives but THEY THEMSELVES go back to copic. Explain that to me. I dare you. You dont know what you are talking about
What did u use for the white highlights? I personally loved both but if I had to choose it’d be the Ohuhu because of the price, contrast and saturation. Thanks for sharing, I loved this video
The price of ohuhu is nice, and I like the pigment of the ohuhu markers better, personally. They also look really nice from the thumbnail and the way used in the video. 😊
As a league of legends player and art lover, I think they both came out as nice as they could using both markers. I also love ur take on Qyiana's new skin!
I already have the ohuioh markers and have been using them everyday for 3 years and I have only flipped 1 of the marker tips around and it actually is a very very well alternative to copics if you don’t want to spend a lot of money
I prefer how vibrant the Ohuhu drawing was. But that may have just been due to the colors you chose. I have the 48 and 120 Ohuhu brush marker sets and I LOVE them. Also, they have really good customer service. One of my markers ran out, and they immediately sent me another whole 48 set.
Late to the party but what marker paper did you use here? Also do you use an inkjet printer or laser printer? ♥️ Thanks for your content! I’m learning so much. New to the art world!
Ohuhu is a great Copic copy if you don't want to waste too much on alcohol markers that work great i reccomend the 80 pack if you don't want to pay 69.99 on amazon for the 120 pack
Copic markers aren’t a waste I have copic markers and they’re good quality, plus it depends on your style. And there are a lot of shades you need to get more vibrant copic marker colors it’s your fault for picking colors that aren’t vibrant. I like copic markers is what I prefer but I didn’t dislike
I don’t think they’re are a waste, although they are more professional than ohuhus, so I guess they could be for artists who aren’t planning on being one full time
You can refill ohuhu markers with the closest copic ink refill colors. You can also replace the nib with copic brush nib when both sides fray. You will save tons of money!

I like the Ohuhu’s vibrancy compared to the other ones but it all depends if you want a stronger or a more pastel color
Appleminte: Todays the day
Me:YES, TODAY'S MY BIRTHDAY
Happy late birthday!
Happy latttttttttttttttte birthday 🎂
What printer and paper do you use for coloring with makers? Thanks!
Just noticing how many markers u have 😂 love you Apple 💓
I really loved the two ways you draw beautiful
Postscript I loved the copic
I have an older model of the ohuhu’s and they’re really amazing, I advice them to y’all who are starting artists like me
Djoelaaia Wildewestveer I got the old 80 marker pack, still works after a year.
Me sir
The ohuhu side is more pigmented than copic. Copic is vey soft and pastel-y which I think the character's attitude is very bright and in your face with a pop which ohuhu demonstrates better. So I like ohuhu better
Can you like open a google photo account where you upload your rough sketches so that people can maybe print it and color it in to train and so the newcomers don’t have to draw a whole character everytime
Yesss
No offense. You're stupid. She clearly used more pigmented markers for this drawing to clickbait you. Also, Copic has a WAY wider selection of markers so what makes you think there wouldn't be even more pigmented options?
@@noahsd um excuse me? Are you actually calling me stupid for having an opinion on MARKERS? You’re fighting me over MARKERS. And yes, Ohuhus ARE more pigmented. I’m an artist as well and have an extensive collection of both Ohuhu and Copic markers and while Copics blend a lot more Ohuhu is more pigmented.
@@noahsd also, if you think she “used more pigmented markers” to “clickbait” us, then hate on her, not me.
@@giadaloporto2275 I did already. Im just saying your stupid for falling for it.
To be honest, i really like drawing and i just found 2 amazing drawers, its learn2drawmanga and appleminte!👏🏻👏🏻
When she says amazon is amazing
Me: *nods*
I got a set of 200 ohuhus to share with my sister for my birthday and they are amazing. It’s great quality for the cheap price! I would 100% recommend them
I noticed that the Ohuhu markers have more saturated colors than the copics
That doesnt make them better. Copic also has darker and more colors. Please invest in good markers
Noah Durling Ohuhu.
Noah Durling Is better
@@ironicallyivy5078 lol says litterally nobody. Why are all of the leading artists in the world using copic then? So many youtubers try these diffrent alternitives but THEY THEMSELVES go back to copic. Explain that to me. I dare you. If those markers are really better than why do youtubers and other artists use copics? How can copic survive if one of their competitors is selling better markers at a lower price? You dont know what you are talking about
Noah Durling Why are you so triggered? It’s an opinion. I have copics and I really... don’t use them. I use my ohuhu markers and crayola dual tips.
BEST YTBER IN THE WORLD ! u should do more of these videos :D
Idk why but at first I was like “oh someone uses Stylefile marker” but then I saw Ohuhu 😂 they look so similar
What did u use for the white highlights? I personally loved both but if I had to choose it’d be the Ohuhu because of the price, contrast and saturation. Thanks for sharing, I loved this video
Me : (*crying in 1 copic marker that was not refilled*)
The price of ohuhu is nice, and I like the pigment of the ohuhu markers better, personally. They also look really nice from the thumbnail and the way used in the video. 😊
You like league of legends too?
I love qiyana!
i main her 😍🙈
As a league of legends player and art lover, I think they both came out as nice as they could using both markers. I also love ur take on Qyiana's new skin!
appleminte: $35 markers
me: $2 markers
Q: What age did you start drawing?
Love your drawing!
Everyone: Ohuhu is the best
Me: Guys, but I like the Copic more😂😞
I already have the ohuioh markers and have been using them everyday for 3 years and I have only flipped 1 of the marker tips around and it actually is a very very well alternative to copics if you don’t want to spend a lot of money
Copic: Our markers are the best. We put time and effort into the ink. Many artists use our markers.
Ohuhu: We’re about to end this whole man’s career
At first glance I understood the whole comment even though I didn't read it
(I read it at the end btw)
Copic is still better u can refill it and change nibs and it's a one time buy most people say ohuhu is better because they can't afford copics
Thank you so much for this video, it rly helped, im getting some ohuhus and now i know what to expect!
I wanted to buy those but my mom said I had to wait till the next year (it was December 29th) and then on January 1st they where sold out sadly
80melxdy hey did you ever get your markers ?
Helena Bautista no
80melxdy do you have a Instagram ??
i really liked the ohuhu markers , they're very good quality for the price also
The dislikes are from people who found the Ohuhu markers out of stock...
I got ohuhus and my pack came with refills for almost all colours
ohuhus don't have refills..?
@@tashac8029 yeah..they dont have refills
They don't make refills smh
um r u sure u got ohuhus cuz bish they dont have refills
I love the ohuhu side!
cause it’s more vibrant compared to Copic so if you want a less vibrant side go for copic more vibrant go for ohuhu
Who else likes the ohuhu drawing more than the copic drawing?
Late to the party but what marker paper did you use here? Also do you use an inkjet printer or laser printer? ♥️
Thanks for your content! I’m learning so much. New to the art world!
Me:mom l want ohuhu markers....
Mom:adjust with pencil colours and crayon's...,.
Me:?????🤕🤕🤕🤕🤔🤔🤔
This is amazing i like the way you colored in the drawing 👍
Why is everyone picking ohuhu like
I like copic more but am I the only one who likes it?
Nezuko Chan they are obviously better quality, but you cant beat 35 dollars for 45 BRUSH ALCOHOL markers.
@@makaylae7960 Copics don't look blotchy.
XyeonX 30$ for 48 markers*
Anchi H-tws26 it’s probably the paper your using maybe
I think I like the ohuhu markers more! Its more affordable and they seem very vibrant~

me: iS TRUE DAMAGE QIYANAAA
Ohuhu is a great Copic copy if you don't want to waste too much on alcohol markers that work great i reccomend the 80 pack if you don't want to pay 69.99 on amazon for the 120 pack
The dislikes are from people who wasted their money on copic markers
