    What ever you do. Be sure and consult with a health care provider (usually fat healthcare provider) that knows nothing about nutrition. Everything you do seems to need a healthcare providers ok. No wonder they have the God complex.

    You cant buy NO supplement....but you can buy thing that help.naturally..pure beetroot juice.pure pommegranate juice..the beetroot tastes awfull...as for no supp..stuff like l-arginine...and l-citruline...

    Thank you for your responses, I’m taking the 3grams of L-Citrulline and now L-Argunine, 3grams, so, just beginning these supplements, it will be awhile before I see help in erections. Question, should I buy actual Nitric Oxide? I’ve had no issues as of the 5th or 6th day… Thank you.

      It helps errections immediately…*edit* actually it takes about 20-30 minuets to absorb depending on how you drink it, then it helps pretty much immediately after. Also I take 12 grams? For pre workout, but I’m also kind of a big guy and have slightly different metabolism than most people

    Thank you for your prompt answer to my question. I’m 79, in excellent health, no strokes, no heart issues, I’m 6’2 weighing 240, and wonder if I need to ad Nitric Oxide to my list. I do go to the gym and exercise. I’m very interested in having relations with my wife as for many years, do to an accident she was unable to have relations. However, now she’s healed… So, I’m wondering if I should ad a penis pump?.

You are very likely obese overweight, meaning, your body would be producing lots of estrogens. for a beginning. How does your lipid panel look like? How your nutrition?
