5 Boxing Heavy Bag Combinations

- What's up guys in this video I show you 5 different boxing combinations you can practice on a heavy bag. The great thing about these combinations is that they're realistic, short, and effective. There are a lot of fancy boxing combinations that are done by many fighters some even longer than a boxing round but just know those are all for show.
Some can be done in a live situation but are improbable. These 5 combos can be done in a real sparring situation for all levels from beginners to advance. They may seem basic and they are , fundamentals rules!
The 5 boxing heavy bag combinations are:
1) Jab-Cross-Jab or 1-2-1
2) Jab-Cross-Slip-Cross or 1-2-Slip-2
3) Jab-Cross-Hook Head-Hook Body or 1-2-3H-3B
4) Lead Hook Body-Rear Hook Body-Lead Hook Head or 3B-4B-3H
5) Jab-Cross-Lead Uppercut-Cross or 1-2-5-2

Refreshing seeing a heavy bag combos that does not include a “beginner” 12-punch combo!! Drill the basics!!!
That tip on the 1 2 3 3 about leaning in and shortening the cross before the hook is massively helpful. Trying to teach myself this and it didn’t feel right until you said that
Clean and realistic combos, nice!

hey bro i tore my rotator cuff 2 months back. have you ever dealt with this injury? i’m rehabbing rn and gonna lift weights to build some muscle back before training boxing again. any tips? also love your channel bro you put out very helpful content 😃🥊
I injured my rotator cuff. When that happens and that usually happens. Never ever do things that will hurt it. Rest as u must. It usually just took me 2 days to heal that stuff up. Then im back to normal. Also. When ure healed. Dont over train. And do stretching first esp. In the arm to avoid injuries like that bec bro it sucks
Is that a heart rate monitor on your ankle? I haven't been able to find a good one to use while boxing. Any recommendations?
Team ACOSTA 🔥🔥🔥
Hiii coachhh thanks for your great video, can you give me some advice for sparring taller opponent? Bcoz im a short one hahahaha and all of my sparring partners are taller and heavier than me in one condition thats maybe good for me if i can find same weight and maybe same height with me, but at the other side its so hard for me to spar with my partners hahahha
Great video! Would you recommend lifting light weight while also boxing ?
I’m not an expert in this field but it would make sense to do some resistance training that will increase your overall strength. I would stay away from isolation movements and stick to compound movements and perform the reps with explosiveness to improve your athleticism
@@Padillavic Thanks good looking out !
All🥊🥊🏆
I thought I was throwing my 1 2 3 3 wrong I always shortened the cross but it felt weird so I started to not lean in but that didn't feel right either but now I know to just keep practicing leaning in
