@J M Daft punk's Alive 2007 stage was one of a kind tho
I belive you can make a base out of cardboard. Youll just need a cardboard pattern. Then maybe paper and glue (i forgot what its called) then you coukd get silver or gold paint, then get like some screen thingy to see through with.
(I dont know how the literal helmets are made though. It took thousands of dollars to make those helmets probably)
Probably cnc milling of aluminum but that expensive to manufacture so idk
They'd make a master version of it maybe out of clay, then make a mould of that, then they pour plastic resin into mould to create the initial helmet they might have done it in halves. They'd then add the visor and chrome plate it.
