Thank you! I actually completed day 6 today but also came back and did this again! This is my first 6 days of Pilates of any kind. I am 60 and have exercised pretty much all my life, but for this stage the is incredible with my walking I do. Thank you! I highly recommend you to all my friends!
Day 5 ✅ Wow! At first, it seemed really simple, but it turned out to be more challenging-and super helpful! Especially for me, since I was very active yesterday and my muscles were sore. After doing today’s exercises, my body feels so much better. Thank youuu❤❤

I finished 21 days challenge and loved it. Now I am doing this 14 days chalenge - have a question about stretch and recovery day - do we have to do this or we can skip And do next day workout as i do these stretches daily after my gym workout ?
This felt soooooo good, especially after a little 3K run, and your 30 minute weighted full body cardio😊😊😊 just missed a shell stretch … I do love a shell stretch 😜😜😜 thanks Rachel ❤
for no wall space you can also perform with your feet against a couch or an ottoman! otherwise you may like workouts from Jessica Valant Pilates or Trifecta Pilates- they might have videos that accomodate your needs better :)

Day 4 Down! I love this session. :) I'm planning to use this video again before bed. I can't believe how much my muscles relaxed.
This felt so good. I was feeling really stiff. Had a backache to. I did not want to miss a day of exercise. Did this. Feel great. Gonna exercise now.

If you don’t feel like u need a stretch day you can definitely work ahead, you don’t need to do these ones
