$500 for 33sm? Looks like Bangkok prices in Chiang Mai. Way overpriced. Also, I can get units for less per sm in the USA.
This is an expensive condo for Chiang Mai, but for some reason there is a huge demand for this location and as you know supply and demand is what drives prices. So I am guessing where the units are cheaper in the USA the damand for that area or building is low? Or would I be wrong?
I really wish these people would REMOVE the plastic panel from reception.. It doesn't actually protect you from anything and it looks ridiculous ----- let's stop the insanity friends!!
Well we personally agree with you, I just don't think they worry about removing it. it is just there and it will probably just be there until they need to replace and then obviously they wont.
