- An Advanced Yoga pose - Baddha Padmasana ( Bound Lotus Pose )
To master this pose one needs a good mobility in the shoulders. We do this pose many times after seated twistings ( it is a counter pose of poses like Ardha Matsyendrasana, Marichyasana 3 - 4 and many .
You should not push yourself unnecessary into this pose - firstly try with one single arm and then later with both arms .
