- Shia LaBeouf, Zack Gottsagen and Dakota Johnson sat down to discuss their new movie "The Peanut Butter Falcon." LaBeouf said he signed onto the movie without reading the script and that it changed his life and made him into a softer person. He learned from Gottsagen, an actor with Down Syndrome, how to give people the benefit of the doubt and not judge people as much.

The new cool Shia is cooler than the old cool Shia.
Both cool af tho
He's such an awesome awakened person. He's grown so much over the years. It's so beautiful to see the change.
disagree mate.... everyone grows
I really hope Hollywood doesn’t abandon this young man after this. It would be amazing to see him get more roles. Shia is great and wise as always. These interviews have really made me a fan of Dakota as well.
Hollywood abandoned him years ago. It's crazy he still gets any movie roles.
Zack and Shia are actually close in age, theyre both in their 30s
They meant Zak not Shia, and Shia is on a really wonderful "redemption" anyways.
Doesn't matter if Hollywood abandons him, Shia never will.
Love how dakota looked at shia when he said she witnessed his "softening " . Shia got emotional thinking about it
Francisco serrano do you think it’s sexual ?
@@moerivera6659 maybe more compassionate. She saw his struggle.
Mauricio Rivera yeah even I thought that there. Could be both. they seem to have a good chemistry going on there
Shia and Dakota are so into this movie, it's really sweet.
You can truly see how much Dakota and Shia care about Zack. How meeting him and being with him truly changed them.
Shia is finally getting his shit back together. He is focused, grounded and we already know he is talented. I loved all the answers in this interview. I so want to see this film. Thank you all for taking the time to do this interview. Y’all are all on it. Lol.
Julie Rodabaugh yusound dumb
Alert alert sober
All of them are such tender souls, in their own ways. Beautiful interview.
"tender souls" ❣️
Shia answers are so to the point. No need for fluff
Definitely, he's real. We love his honesty and no bullshit attitude. 😉
To my surprise... Shia has slowly become one of my favorite actors of today. Very impressed by him.
I'm so happy we are getting old Shia back. There is a brightness in his eyes, and it soo good to see.
I saw it also 😻🐧 the joy... 😻🐧😻
I love these three. Feel like they have tapped into something deep. Keep watching the same interviews with them over and over. Experiencing a lot of grief, love and joy. I feel like this is a perfect example of the grace and freedom that follows letting go of cynicism and embracing true vulnerability.
I watched peanut butter falcon in the theatre during a hurricane and was the only person in the movie. I’ll never forget watching this great film.
Zac was low key being a wing man for shia towards the end.
for real hahaha
Shia is what being human is all about you make a shit load of mistakes but you evolve into a better version of yourself. And sometimes it takes just one person with softness and kindness in their heart to help you get there.
Shia... So proud of him. He's come a LONG way. Beautiful soul. So talented.
This film is beautiful in the truest sense of the word. The performances are superlative and deeply committed. The love connection between the actors shines through in every frame. It's a well worth it exploration of what the healing process looks like for wounded souls. Also, as a side note, the editing on this film is of the highest caliber. It's beautifully photographed and beautifully edited throughout..
I just watched the movie an hour ago. I gotta say, I feel really warm inside. The movie gives the viewers such a wholesome warmth to the heart. I really can't say more, I love the movie very much. For someone (me) who's going through depression and anxiety, the movie made me feel better about myself. Not 100% better but it's nice..
I love how Dakota always had a hand around Zak. Love that.
I saw this movie last night and it was amazing. Wonderful acting by the entire cast.
erika vaiga Agree.
I want someone like Shia, he's better now, he has that smile that can fix everything
This is a film the world needed. Putting focus on the issues that plague our society. Unconditional love for you fellow human being.
Frankly, this was a very beautiful interview in a number of ways that is crystal clear to anyone who views it.
Shia sounds like his character
They could totally do a number 2 to this movie, the way they left it made it possible. Such a great movie, just rewatched it last week
Good to see Shia is getting better. Hope to see more of him in the future👍🏻
This movie changed my opinion about Shia. It was a magnificent movie.
Dakota crying... this was such an honest interview.
Shia deserves Oscar!
Joy, Peace and Love defined this film totally. The world should be this!❤️👍🏾👍
I’ve watched this movie 5 times so far.

Shia LaBeouf, doing it for the right reasons.
Love the come back. Shia.
This was a beautiful movie that’s filled with love and hope.
Saw an early screening last night. This will win movie of the year. Book it.
I’m pumped to see it
Bless him, u can tell in all the interviews Zack has a massive crush on Dakota 🥺
This is my favorite movie of the year. I give universal love and respect to Zack and oc towards Shia and Dakota as well for being such good sports.
Love all 3 of theses guys.
Such a beautiful movie.
I have always loved Shia and will always love Shia. Amazing actor. Cool dude. ❤
Shia and Dakota make a nice couple in real life !!!
I always thought Shia was a douche bag but after watching this movie I kinda like him. This movie had heart
Eddie Woo He has a lot of movies like that. He’s been wise beyond his years since he was a teen. He had a really rough upbringing and just had a ton of demons he had to fight through. Read about his childhood and you’ll get why he acted like he did for a while.
Love the interview, yes for a sequel...nice moving movie
I need to atleast know when this AWESOME MOVIE comes out on dvd. Seriously one of the best movies I have ever seen. There can even be a sequel. Zack Gottsagen should be nominated for best actor as well as Shia if not best supporting.
finally able to see this on Friday now that's it a wide release, I have been waiting since I heard about this from SXSW, Shia deserves to be at peace and I am all for his comeback...I really hope they do add him to Indiana Jones 5
Shia was damn ri8 no other movie in 2019 had a heart like this movie. This movie made u smile and had tears roll down your eyes. There were many others movies this year like avengers, john wick 3, joker, etc etc still none of them moved you like this did.
After watching the trailer I thought to myself ... I bet this was really good for Shia mentally lol With all the drama that's consumed him these past years, I think this movie provided much needed light & sanity. Can't wait to watch it :)
I love all these actors. Zack is such a magical person❤❤❤
I see beautiful, sensitive souls here.
This was a very sweet movie. A lot of heart.
Great interview but Great movie! I love to see Dakota and Shia in a movie again! 🙏😘❤️💯
So proud of my cousin ❤️
I absolutely love Shia and the peanut butter falcon. This movie is one of my favorite movies of the year, along with honey boy.
Ugh, he is too cute 💕 I love him, he’s perfection in my eyes 😭💕
Shia is amazing. I used to wrongly think otherwise. But we are so lucky to have Shia. Cant wait to see al his upcoming projects.
He is doing a gangster movie with Robert DeNiro
One of my all time favorite movies.
Love dakota..so ease and relax
beautiful interview...and shia seems very much at peace, well to me anyways
Watched this movie. So full of heart and brilliant performances by this trio. A must watch.
Makes you want to live life better
That girl is pure kindness. So sad she makes bad choices when filming. She´s a very good actress.
I love this movie and I love everyone in it
What brand is Tyler's black folding knife?
This is my favorite movie
love this one. love the comments. it's about giving people a 2nd chance.
Best movie I’ve seen in many years!!!! Soooo good! I didn’t want the movie to end.
How many times did you tear up? I cried my eyes out. Gorgeous movie.
Shia is like that one cool cousin you always wanted to hangout with.
The oohhh 7:16 was adorable.
shiaaa ma man!!!
Shia , Zack and Dakota ♥
So cool and amazing.
Best movie I've seen in a long time.
I love this film me and my dad watch it like once a week
Lol that was the most absolutely funny thing when Shia was like oh…. We’re gonna be a trouple 😂 he’s like no you two 😂😂😂
Shia Lebeouf is the actor version of Jorge Masvidal...awesome
I loved this movie
I've learned to love Shia's movies. I couldn't stand the slapstick silliness so I never watched Even Stevens. I guess I knew the pain, and knew he was meant for more.
Honey Boy and this movie are my recent favorites!
Shia is the type of guy who’d stay and have a chat with his fans and be the exact same in front of the camerA
adorbs
I love this movie , it's beautiful
This movie was amazing
Fantastic wonderful terrific movie ❤
Just saw the movie tonight. Wonderful story. Go see it!
7:09 the funniest part of this iv. Zack innocently hoping for Shia and Dakota to become a couple but Shia thought he meant them as a throuple. Shia's reaction "uuh" was funny, but he later ask Zack who he will end up to be with...so much luv
Bravo..!
Fuckin bravo!!!!
We as a species need this...
Thank you all kindly.
Once you present at the Oscar's I think it's safe to say you're a movie star. 😎
❤️
Just saw the movie. Gave me Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn vibes
They mention Mark Twain in the movie and I don’t have any physical proof of it, but I believe they drew heavily from the Huck Finn idea for some parts of the movie. If their makeshift raft wasn’t already a dead giveaway. Lol.
Zack's like, "Wait, there were sharks there?"
I almost thought shia really meant to flip off the directors
He will not divide us
I see Shia as young Russel Crowe.
Great movie
Oh no, not me!👀
im with zack i want to see them as a couple lol
lost it when he said "aint like an orgie on set"
The people who hated on Shia jumping on the bandwagon now
Yes an action figure would be great ! ❤❤❤❤
Just saw it, great great movie, you might have to force yourself to get in the cinema or dvd to watch it, but you wont be disappointed
