    • @Fmakegeo6
      @Fmakegeo6 4 роки тому +12

      In a way he’s not that underrated. He's the type of actor who gets better with time/maturity, due to his "antics/tantrums" and his celebrity childhood. He just now starting to "humble" himself and mature and will grow into the actor he's meant to be. Everyone could see the seed of his talents but he didn't really show it until it was his time, which I think, is starts now or in this immediate future and the best thing about it is that, you can see it in his face that he knows it aswell.

      A lesson I almost lost my life to learn that helps me more than anything. This is for those who are suffering. I don't care what you're suffering from you need to hear this. There is healing and growth in pain. You HAVE to do life like you're a motherfucking warrior on a battle field. The warrior doesn't sit around and wait for the battle to start and be over. He trains hard, puts himself through much suffering, and is restless in his pursuit to be a capable warrior. When I said I almost lost my life trying to seek instant gratification and delaying and avoiding ANY amount of discomfort or pain, I don't mean I almost died, I mean I almost wasted my life never living. And tbh I have to remind myself of this often and spend time focusing and being mindful of it otherwise I begin to take it "easy" again. Even though I now know damn well there's no such thing.

      So true! To forgive those who hurt you and to put yourself in their shoes and think about the things they was going through at the time or at least have an understating of why they are the way they are helps too. Like the saying goes you can forgive but never forget. But if you can forgive you can free yourself from a prison of anger hurt and pain. Because it’s not about them it’s about you and letting go is freeing in itself. The only thing that ties you to them still is holding on to those feelings of hurt.

    It can be so weird growing up with an actor because in most cases you don't really see them grow in real time. You just get short glimpses of their life and that's it. They could be 12 one day then two years later turn 19. Because that movie you saw them in is 5 years old or the tv show was just re-runs
    With Shia however I felt like I watched him grow in real time. From Even Stevens to Transformers, through all the crazy drama and to now. Because of that I can't help but root for him in whatever he does.

    This was such a great interview! Great questions, I loved hearing what everyone had to say. The fact that Noah said he felt safe on set, with Shia, touched my heart because it reminded me of my students during my time at City Year, the importance of establishing a safe space for people, and especially in this case, kids.💛 It seems like Shia is in a better place, and I'm glad to see that. I'm definitely watching this movie soon. I like his two quotations that other commenters have mentioned, about not wasting your pain because it's useful paint and that a skillful sailor doesn't sail smooth waters. Bless him and the rest of the cast. I look forward to seeing them thrive in the industry. 💛

    When I was a kid seeing Shia first appearance as a kid was mesmerizing. He was one of the first actors I’ve stuck onto just seeing him act even as a kid he was born to be here. Even when Shia had some dark phases in his life going mia I feel for a bit but m glad tto see him doing good. Underrated actor should direct more

    Man, I got so fortunate in life. My father was a phenomenal human being and an even better father. He was gentle, kind, open, incredibly honest and loving, but also strong and so authentic. He passed away 8 years ago when I was 22 and the whole he has left has never been filled. I have never known such a genuine love, but also such a deep sadness. I miss him so much.
