- This video shows overnight rehearsal’s of the Royal Procession, including the Royal Coach. Also shown is the Metropolitan Police Special Escort Group (SEG) escorting an Unmarked Land Rover Discovery and a Royal Mercedes-Benz Sprinter to Westminster Abbey.

WOWZA! Spectacular! I am American and so excited to get up at 4:30 am to watch on Saturday! I’ve been to London many times and The British ONCE AGAIN put on the worlds BEST Parade in the world! The marching bands were spectacular! Horses were beautiful and shiny. To every person behind the scenes, riders, military, police ect. Even in the dark it is obvious you have spent hours and hours getting every last piece of equipment sparkling and shiny for the big day. Very proud to be a quarter British! Way to go! 🎉 From North Carolina, USA 🇺🇸

I am English and I really admire the brass bands but there's nothing as stirring and spinetingling as the Pipes and drums of the Scots.
Don't forget the pipes and drums of the Irish regiments that are in there too

Great Video, Not the first day of rehearsals however it was the first full rehearsal with every uniformed soldier instead of just sections of the procession.

Ahhhh! Can someone please tell me the name of the piece they play at 9:10? I played it with the mass band on Parliament Hill in Canada, and loved the bone part, but I KEEP forgetting the name! I think it sounds like a navy March. something with maybe rope, or anchors? (Everything navy has ropes and anchors. Lol)

Okay, slowed it down half way for the music. I hope this coronation is months away because I saw many, many musicians who do not have the music memorized. Our high school band embarrassed ourselves by playing “O’ Canada” in front of an international audience.

i remember when you had to be a uniform height now it it is like dolly mixtures with a few .jelly babies. thrownin,[ for good mesure [women ] the best bit were the horses,,i find the midnight parade SPOOKY but then there is a lot about the whole affair i find SPOOKY

Wow, so grateful I’m getting to watch these rehearsals. How many military bands are there? I have never seen so many bands, and the beautiful uniforms are stunning. I will be glued to my TV on Saturday here in the states. God bless everyone involved and participating.
Lots of bands! I am in one tomorrow. There's royal marines bands, royal air force bands and just about every band in the British army. 🎉🎉

Whenever I hear this I think of some Lutwaffe high ranking officer doing a parade and being driven with full entourage through an airfield and past a sentry box with saluting soldiers and heels clicking 😂🤣😂🤣
