@@robincane1502 Thanks, watched the Coronation and the tempo seemed fine , although watching some civilians marching it seems the shorter people have to stretch a bit to keep up . Love watching the bands , they seem to have a lovely relaxed form of marching while keeping a good pace . A commentator was saying they all march to the beat of the drum , with a click system in use , no idea what this means .
@@paacer The base drum sets the beat for the other musicians in a band and the marching troops. The click system is a fairly new innovation whereby the same beat is transmitted by radio earpieces between bands so that two or more of them can play the same march in perfect synchronicity

All bass drummers and Drum Majors had the click in their ear for the duration of the parade.

* Many have stated on other Vid's that the PI 6:05 PIPE'S & Drums of the Scottish R.R. of Scotland were the Best out of all the bands.

Just a little slower and more relaxed would be nicer .
