You could have just pulled the side vents off. Reach into the hole and pull straight out. I had mine sprayed black, I'm not good enough at wrapping yet. Might try the roof now that I know how to remove the antenna. Thanks for the vid!
I tried to at first but the clips were stuck on there and did not want to break them. I am no wrap specialist and these were not that bad! Just a bit of patience and some heat. Hardest part was cutting the edges😂
Ik im super late and u dont even have the stinger anymore but is the 1x5 ft wrap u have linked all u needed for all these applications or did u buy more? Was hoping to find out how much id need for trunk roof and hood. Any help pls 😭
@@man1nthesky if I remember correctly, I bought a few of the one by 5 foot for the bottom of the doors/side vents. And the roof was a 3 x 5. I didn’t wrap the trunk so I’m not sure that size!
Did you wrap the two roof trim pieces that you popped out? I just bought a used stinger, and the clear coat on those two trim pieces is coming off, and the paint underneath is cracked. Just asking because I am trying to think of ways to fix it when the weather gets warmer.
I bought 2- 1.5ft x 5 foot pieces and cut them in 4 inch width. I was able to get all 4 pieces with 1 roll but got the second just in case, ended up doing the mirrors with the second

Yes! I noticed that is how all stingers do it. I was thinking about doing that entire piece. But no one has- so harder to visualize.
