What I Tasted: Your favorite foods, but better!
I want to show people how easy it is to make delicious and decadent vegetarian meals. I used to eat a good amount of meat and I still eat dairy, so this channel is aimed at people like myself before going vegetarian. Additionally, I saw the environmental impact of industrial meat farming through my Nutritional studies, and immediately stopped eating meat in 2016. I want to show that you can still have burgers, pizza, mac & cheese, fried chicken and all the other comfort food you enjoy, and that it’s possible with plant-based ingredients.
If you’re new to vegetarianism and don’t know where to start, then I hope you find a video that interests you, and inspires you to cook! If you have any questions, or need anything, please feel free to reach out!

Your recipes have always been on point, but I gotta say that these past few videos are also looking really nice from purely a presentation standpoint. Some of your older ones were somewhat dark, but these are really well lit! Wish you lots of success growing the channel.

Thanks for the recipe! What's hot honey? I'm not sure I've seen it in the UK 🤔

It's a spicy honey. You could substitute an alternative or just do some honey with a bit of hot sauce, maybe tsp of each.

Actual honey is not vegan though so maple syrup, agave, or just sugar is fine.

You can use, a little habenero maple syrup, the idea js a little spice and sweetness.

This is a great recipe, very innovative on the ingredients. A gentle word of advice: As your channel grows, please be mindful of labeling. We know that when you say "butter" or "milk," you mean the plant-based version, and knowing this practice of yours, viewers will assume this is the case with the hot honey and the brioche buns. Specifying the brands--these are unusual ingredients, though vegan versions exist,--would help viewers replicate the recipe. If you're using the animal-based versions, however, the recipe isn't vegan and this could confuse viewers attracted by your titles. Thanks for posting!
