Actually reminds me of that M*A*S*H quote contrasting war and Hell, about how there's no innocent people in Hell, but in war most people are innocent aside from the people up top running things. So you had your bad officers on both sides, Grevious and Tarkin, Trench and Pong Krell, and then the one behind everything, Palpatine, and Dooku who went along with it. The clones and the droids were just doing what they were made/bred for, they didn't have a choice one way or the other.
I absolutely loved everything in this episode, but one of my favorite moments was when Din was trying to basically do "duck duck goose" with the droids, and the end of that is foul😅, he's lucky the Droid hit his helmet.
Some lore divers have actually explained why that was the case. The main issues were a combination of lack of regular memory wipes, which, unlike R2 units, led to them compiling a LOT of data that weren't exactly designed to hold, which led to them having personalities they did, but even more detrimental was the CIS generals trying to use the B1s for everything and loading their memory banks with way more than the factory recommendation which in turn lead to them being clumsy and stupid in roles. Think of them like a budget PC, give it a single task, and it will perform just fine, but start making it perform a dozen different tasks (roles), and it will begin to chug along trying to keep up with the demands placed on it. When they underwent factory-recommended maintenance and were programmed with a reasonable list of combat sub routines and no bloat, then they were deadly efficient.
Fun to see the quirky B1 droids in a live action show.
The B1’s do get a bit quirky at night
This episode was 100% a sidequest lol
Lizzo talked like an NPC
Cid Missions: "Perhaps I treated you too harshly"
More like a side story that is part of the main quest because required to gain access to an area/npc that continues the main story.
When they’re not being bad, the Droids are pretty cool
they never been bad.

The battle droids were nice. Too bad they were only controlled by separatist and used like rag dolls when it shows they are really efficient

@@SalinaMoonfall thats why when R2 reprogrammed them to be his droids they actually lasted a really good amount of time with lots of efficiency

I wonder what other jobs the commando Droids, MagnaGuard and other Separatist droids have?
This episode completely ignored Dins character development but seeing a B1 droid was cool
Only reason I watched this was for the droids
Nice way to see the clone wars clankers in the real life tv series
HARD R DETECTED
Oh how I miss B1 Battle Droids
The Clankas!
