A very informing video here, loved it. I personally have stopped spending money on knitwear made of synthetic materials. They do not keep me warm and I end up buying several items to layer so I can stand this Scandinavian weather! Now I just invest in few items made of different types of wool and use them all winter long.
I would probably do the same if our temperatures dropped as cold as those in Scandinavia, but luckily our Winters are no way near as bad so if I were to wear wool or cashmere every day I'd be sweating 🙊

Thanks for the tip about scrunching your sleeves so they stay! I always push up my sleeves and have to keep pushing them back up all day, it drives me crazy sometimes! I'll have to try your advice...
Making a coat without a lining actually costs more - because you have to make sure that all of the internal details and manufacturing is perfectly done (you can’t hide behind a lining). Hope that helps/makes sense! Love your videos x
In the case of higher end brands like Max Mara, even brands like LK Bennet, Hobbs etc yes...but not in this case, it was cheap, seams not high quality, this was definitely a cost cutting thing 😕 ASOS quality has been slipping over the last couple of years which is such a shame.

I think everyone has different circumstances and different budgets. I wasn't brought up with 'wealth' so I maybe have a different outlook on things. Although I'm fortunate enough to be able to buy luxury goods now and also very lucky to receive such generous gifts from brands I still very much appreciate the 'value' and understand that not everyone has the same budget. They are Sam Edelman Loraine Loafers, around the £100 pound mark, I purchased them at the beginning of the year and they are the most comfortable shoes I own, the quality is amazing.
