Hamstring Exercises For Strength and Speed | Increase Speed With Hamstring Strength

- Equipment: KB-Duo Suspension Trainer, Kbands Ballistic Bands, Kbands Stability Ball
Today we’re focusing on those under-trained hamstrings. Our first exercise is the Ballistic Hamstring Curls utilizing the Kbands Ballistic Bands. Loop one end around a stationary object close to the ground and lay face-down with your heel in the other end of the loop. The Ballistic Bands should be under tension even when your leg is nearly straight. Focus on completing each rep all the way through the range of motion.
Second exercise is the KB-Duo Suspended Hamstring Curls. The key to setting up this exercise correctly is to make sure that the KB-Duo only swings to one side while you train. This means we won’t allow the KB-Duo do pass where it hangs freely (which we’ll call neutral). Both the flex and extension should occur on the same side of neutral which will force you to engage the hamstrings and core throughout the motion.
Lastly we have the Stability Curls. In this exercise we’re going to end on a burnout. So leave it all on the floor as you power through every rep you can while maintaining proper form.

I do it three times per week focused on them, and I guess about 5 times per week since they take part in lot of exercises I do.

try and use less resistance and see if that helps. You may also be very tight. more stretching
