As tone I prefere Withney and Marahya, Barbra Streisand and Shirley Bassey, but not becouse has been better then Mina voice, but just for they more hottest voices register. Try to listening "Città vuota". About the correct pronunce of this "Volami nel cuore" (Flying you in my hearth) in the Italian language you have to pronunce every single vowels and consonants, not jump or change like happen in English the E in I etc. But is not easy like to me it's hard speak correctly the English of course..
