Good start. Now how do you turn this into a conversation loop with memory. I'd like for my support bot to maintain a continuous flow and provide answers that takes previous user_utterances into consideration. All the time guiding the user/customer to a potential purchase. I've watched all the tutorials and I can't find anything that solves this.
This is so useful. Thank you. When trying this out, when the bot cannot recongise the sentiment then before the answer has been given it will say that it cannot understand the emotions of the user. Any tips?
