Hey, what is the purpose / utility to build a chatbot and stick it in the webpage when any people can access the website Miami Real Estate 24/7 and see all the menus with better and more completed info than you have in the chatbot, it seems very obsolete and pointless to have a very small chatbot with very narrow information. I think a chatbot like the one you made cannot replace the website, any people would prefer to see the website and all its menus and submenus and other capabilities like to contact them in real time....please provide your input, thx sir

hey thank you for the video ! in the 31:11, you need to set a value to your variable. in the video par exemple: u need to apply to {captureHome} and in the "Enter value", do the infos of the house like "515 000$ / aventura ..."
@@taverasmedia honestly, if you continue with this momentum and create such long form content with lot of value, your channel viewership and subs will skyrocket. Main reason is, people have to stop the video, build it, and start again and go back if required. This way, engagement time with each video is huge. In my case, I would take at least 7 to 8 hours to slowly complete this bot. I went to sleep with the video paused so that I can continue the next day. Don't know how engagement metrics work when laptops are in sleep mode. But this is a huge plus for tutorial videos. Because people don't simply watch them. They are immersed in them.

I love this, but there were a few things I would change. Like instead of buttons, use multiple choice so users can select more than 1 option. I'm going to be playing with this and hopefully make some awesome chat bots.
Do you have to manually copy and paste each property’s image into voice flow? What if the each property has multiple photos which could be very time consuming? Secondly, what if the real estate company has houses in multiple countries? Lastly since your manually adding properties to voiceflow does that mean you have to update it manually when a new property is added or sold? Keep up the great content btw
Thats exactly why you need to use API endpoints and get all teh data scraped according to the users details, and thank you brother! Voiceflow has API integration tutorials and thats the best way honestly

I’m not sure, since I’m not a programmer/Developer, whether this is possible. And if, then with a lot of programming. The only thing that comes to my mind is a content management system. That’s how those databases in websites are normally structured. If you somehow can fetch the data from this CMS, which could (but I don’t know) be organized like a records in a google sheet, by returning certain fields, it could work. That means you need somehow access to the CMS via an API Call. Don’t know if Pagebuilders like WordPress allow this.
