Voiceflow is definitely a far more lucrative option! But we still use both because if voiceflow has network issue we can use botpress as a backup and viceversa.

For sure! Apart from the customer service you could also add lead generation/forms. I’ll upload a video about it integrating Zapier and Google Sheets, it will release in a few hours:)
